Will the show return to the spring early summer schedule for 2015

If they are advertising for candidates now I am guessing no, but I may be wrong but the late March to summer run has happened most years, apart from election and World Cup years.

Although the first few years I think the series started in January on bbc2

Next year is an election year- and they now have, at least, 2 members of the House of Lords on the boardroom panel.

Yeah, next year's almost certainly going to be another autumn series. We may get a Series 12 in Spring 2016, though it wouldn't surprise me if the BBC just decided to permanently move the show's timeslot to the autumn.

They can't do the normal time next year, because they won't have time to make the show.

In Series 7 they managed it by filming whilst Series 6 was broadcasting, but they haven't done that here. I don't think they've even finished choosing the candidates yet.

No they haven't George - applications don't even close until next month. That is the same time as for Series 10, so it must be October to December again.

I think they'll move it back to Spring for Series 12 though.

Due to Lord Sugars links with the Labour Party The Apprentice can't do the normal time next year because of the General Election, which will be held on 7th May, series 11 most likely be aired October-December next year

Did I read that Karen sits on the Conservative benches too?

Of course the unknown problem is what happens if the election is hung, and there's a big decisive SNP bloc that no one wants in a coalition. We could then have another election - in October ........

Could well be same as now with a coalition government, if it's a hung parliament, rather than a fresh GE next Autumn.

What I don't understand was that last election year, the main series was postponed until the autumn, but the first series of Junior Apprentice was broadcast slap bang in the middle of the election. Surely Sugar's connections with the Labour Party would be just as much of a problem there?
