Is this the first time the decision is racist AND sexist?

I'm joking. I just wanted to be the first to say it.

I don't think there's anything funny about it....yes yes and yes!!!!

When oh when is a person "of colour" going to win this??? I don't care about whether it's a man or woman but come on it's been ten years!

Tim Campbell won the first series. Arjun Rajyagor won Junior Apprentice.

You are aware the first winner was an ethnic minority? Which ethnic minorties should have won in your opinion?

Bianca didn't win because Lord Sugar doesn't want to do any work.

Oh sorry no, I didn't realise that. Apologies.

I guess I just thought BIANCA should have really won.

As others have said the first winner, Tim Campbell is black, although you're right there's never been a female black winner.

Although Mark is Australian so does that count as an ethnic minority?

Omg! I feel really thick....haven't watched all the series of the apprentice but the ones that i am aware of have obviously all be Caucasian.

Sorry peeps- my bad.

Not racist or sexist but I still think B should have won.

Why is there always a racist claim ....really bugs me. I don't think it mattered to LS what colour the person was, he felt he would have to put in too much work with Bianca.

Spot on. The issue of pricing and packaging had been changed to deal with the big issues with Bianca's proposal. .

LS was left with it costing more to set up, and then argued that he would have to spend a lot of effort getting it manufactured.

As Karen said, Mark just needs a phone to start up, and Lord Sugar can take a cut in what he earns for doing nothing.

I appreciate that this is a satirical thread. But as some take it seriously, I would say that positive discrimination can be racist and sexist. However, making choices based on merit, without any regard to gender, race or any other human variable, is the right way to go.

Always amuses me that one, you can say 'of colour' but not 'coloured'. Why is one offensive and not the other?

Anyway, why should skin colour be an issue? Has it not crossed your narrow mind that the black girls may not have been good enough to win?

Bianca sending her team home lost it for me. She just wanted Yes people around her
