Completely agree, although I also thought she looked nice during the show itself too (I was one of the view who voted for her on the "Best Looking Female" DS thread, although I was nearly tempted by Pamela !)

I think her personal bereavement saved her from a grilling over that 'begging' moment in the boardroom

I was talking to some friends recently, and it turned out that a friend of mine knows her. It had never come up before, as he hasn't spoken to her in a few years and didn't know she was on the show, but obviously the name Ella Jade is quite unusual, so when I mentioned her name he got up some pictures on his phone, and it was her! So I showed him the clip when she was fired...

The begging part of that episode was so cringeworthy, she must be thankful it hadn't been bought up.

I think her makeup was quite nice but she looked a bit orange on YF. Then again a lot of the candidates look orange on the show.
