The legal profession is full of people obliged to represent their client to the best of their ability.

Maybe, but it seems prison is the only place where other road users and pedestrians will be safe. He has learned absolutely nothing.

There maybe other charges to follow though, I'm guessing he wont have insurance either.

well they won't hardly take the bin lorry instance into account will they. He did nothing wrong on that occasion. Supposedly.

3 points and £50 fine. Scotch Justice is like Scotch mist. Soft on Crime, soft on the causes of crime.

I see him as an idiot that has not learnt any lessons first he faints at the bus company he used to work for, then passes out in his bin lorry killing people the man is a menace if he has not worked it out or is too thick too.....................................You cannot drive.!

He must have no shame for his victims if he thinks he can just carry on as before.

I'd be interested to see what his IQ is and whether that goes someway to explain his actions throughout all this.

My guess is to have been a commercial Bus Driver he would have had to have a reasonable IQ what with driving the bus and taking fares.

He also seemed to have the IQ to pass the council interview.

Whilst it might be a mitigating factor most of the bus drivers i know are quite intelligent people they have to be but he might be an exception.

I wonder though if having a low IQ merits having no emotions or concience..

I actually can't believe him. Surely you would never want to sit behind the wheel ever again. The families must be further upset by this.

Given the levels of animosity heaped upon this guy, especially in his locality, I am not yet ruling out the possibility that this report to the police from a member of the public is either a mistake, or malicious mischief.

No thats a very fair point probably not actually, but i am quite doubtful his IQ would be low anyway he may not have behaved responsibly but the jobs he held would have required a reasonable IQ IMO.

It is making the radio news at the moment so they must be reasonably confident.
