season 8 was utterly stupid.with more clara oswin oswald waldorf or whatever her real name is you can bet s9 will be lowest watched ever
I think we're just out of waldorfs....

But putting punctuation-free rants aside, I really don't know where all this anti-Clara-ism comes from.

My biggest fears have been met and Moffat just pushed the big fat reset button again it would appear. The Doctor and Clara met a fictional character called Robin Hood and went to heaven so they must have been in the dream state since into the Dalek. If Missy turns out to be a dream version of the Master I'm done with this show for good.
Maybe re watch Last Xmas? Don't think you've understood it, the dream sequences had nothing to do with series 8 (well as far as we know and no reason to suppose they'd suddenly say that next series)

Amy had no reaction when she met the Dalek and Clara and they kids had no reaction when they saw the Cybermen in Nightmare in Silver.

Didn't Death in Heaven reference the Cybermen from Doomsday?

Also mentioned the Valiant.

Also The Invasion.

Excrutiatingly good episode.

As for Series 9 being the least watched EVAH...are we talking about all 34 series/seasons? Doubt it if we are. Future series? Well (taps nose and whispers in a Tom Baker fashion) Who knows?

Yeah if we lose 4m viewers all because of Clara, we'll be in a bit of bother!

Amy not recognising the Dalek was a plot point. It was lampshaded as not being right - so not at all Moff re-writing anything. If anything, it was reinforcing the fact that there had been a Dalek invasion... So don't know where you get that idea from!

I'm not sure how old the Maitland kids are supposed to be, but I doubt they were very old, if born at all, during the Doomsday invasion. As for Clara not having a reaction - I'll have to watch the episode again, but there is absolutely nothing in the script to make me think that she doesn't know what they are.

Also, with those as tenuous proof - what about Donna? She was unaware of the Doomsday invasion. In fact she was unaware of most stuff that had happened before she went with the Doctor. That must mean that RTD was erasing his own stuff surely...
