Thank You Humax
My Humax HDR 1010S recently refused to boot up at all. The unit is around 19 months old, so I thought it would be covered by the two year guarantee. Indeed it was - and the level of customer service from Humax (via Louis in Belfast) was outstanding.
Within a few days a courier collected my box and left me a replacement. I expect it is a refurbished unit but looks and behaves as new. All the Christmas Day viewing and recording went flawlessly. Just thought I would give some praise where it is due. |

i have found their customer service to be very good too
it's a shame that they sent me a clearly duff box & remote in the first place but the problems were resolved quickly |
