Cat watery eyes
EEfan24
26-12-2014
We've noticed in the last few months that our cat (7 year old male) frequently has very watery eyes and wetness underneath his eyes. We mentioned it to the vet when he had his booster in the summer and she said it could be hay fever, but I'm starting to doubt it now as we're in winter. Has anyone else's cat had this or does anybody think it warrants another trip to the vets?

When vet says hay fever they may have meant allergy and hay fever most likely cause. So could be you need to track down exactly what is causing it. Could be a long task as could be anything from dust to grass or chemicals or even foods.

chlamydia or herpes virus would be my guess
