Retention Deals
Just out of interest what is the best retention deal people have got? Which networks appear best for these?
My favourite used to be t mobile who would knock £5 off my bill every 12 months when the contract always ended and I said I was off. |

In terms of the big 4.
EE and Vodafone are the best for retention deals. O2 and Three are the worst but O2 have a lot more power compared to 3 advisor. However! It all depends on the phone or package that you want. Some times all operators won't be able to do anything on one of their phones or plans. |

Retention offers are much harder to negotiate now especially sim only deals. T Mobile used to be very generous but no longer.

o2 are the best
I always get £5 off my contract with o2 for the whole 24 months. I've just upgraded and they added £5 off my new contract also
