WiFi Speakers - specifically Samsung M7

I am thinking of getting some WiFi speakers in order to have portable sound capability throughout the house. I quite like the look of the Samsung M7, for its expansion potential and because most of my other equipment (TV, Phone) is Samsung.

However, I have a couple of questions. We often listen to BBC local radio. Is there a simple way to get that through the M7? The radio station is available on the Internet but only (I think) via BBC iPlayer. Can the M7 cope with that?

What about conventional CDs? Can I, for example, put a CD into my computer's CD drive and direct the music to come out of my M7?

Any advice or guidance on how these things work and their limitations would be greatly appreciated.

Most devices with an internet radio feature will pick up the web based BBC services. iPlayer is not required.
