Have a HomeHub 2.

All 4 lights are on, but the connection drops regulary, despite all 4 lights being on!

Keep having to reset the Hub.

Any ideas?

Phone them up & tell them it is faulty, they will probably send you a Home Hub 4 as a replacement. It is worth a try anyway
