Rooting a Mobile
Just wondered is there a safe way of doing this?
I want to add a few things to my phone but Ive no idea on how to do it on a Galaxy S3 Mini as I wouldnt want to screw my phone up and brick it so it doesnt work so figured if anyone here has any advice? Or would it just be best in the long run to just buy a rooted phone on ebay? Just to be clear I have no intention of using it as a mobile phone just want to use it to play games so I wouldnt be using a sim card on it. There are a few apps I want to use but they have to be installed on the system rather than where games normally go. |

Your best bet is to go to somewhere like XDA, they have dedicated forums for practically every Android phone.
Over there they have step by step guides on how to Root most devices and people who will help you if something goes wrong. Though to be honest as long as you follow the guides nothing should go wrong, I've lost count of the number of Android phones and tablets that I have rooted and never bricked 1, though I have had a couple stuck in a boot loop, but always recovered them ![]() http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3-mini |
