So the contract I am on is 33.99 per month and 49.99 up front for phone.
The first month bill reads as this (After I activated online account).
On the previous payments page it shows I already paid the upfront fee for phone on card.
So there looks like 2 issues if I am right.
I am been billed twice first month.
I am been billed for the upfront on the direct debit even tho I paid.
any thoughts? I will ring but ideally want people to say if they had same issues first.
