ee no signal
hi i have a Samsung s6 on a 2 year contract with ee im 6 moths into contract and my problem is no signal in the home the only way to use the mobile is to go out side to the top of the garden i made a complaint to ee on a number of times about this problem there answer was you need a home signal box to date i haven't had any joy from them they just keep passing me on to different departments im sick of paying them for the service they don't provide has any one know who i can speak to to get this problem sorted once and for all some one wants a bullet up there: arse many thanks

And what does EE's coverage map say about coverage in your post code? |

previous to ee i had a three contract and they provided a home signal box's which worked great as to the coverage on the map ee said it was patchy um

Why didn't you cancel in the first 14 days if you didn't get a signal?
