thanks! Would this mean all web traffic through the tv would be via them though? Would it totally replace the current Swedish netflix (or can you switch easily)?

No, you can, for example, have your netflix region set to the usa, but still access the standard apps ie iplayer, 4od, amazon film.
Region is easily changed on the us-unblock page in a matter of seconds
