Why would the police arrest Joe when the CT scan revealed there was no lasting damage from the injury?, And surely tests and autopsies would be carried out before any arrest would take place first - therefore showing the increased levels of whatever he was drugged with. Shame, because this was otherwise a great episode.

Really don't know who the killer would be - it would seem too obvious to be Dr Savage(it would be very Silas esque) and he doesn't have a motive. Neither do any of the nurses, nor would it be in character for it to be anyone working at the hospital

I read a rumor on another thread that the hospital serial killer targets people who they think haven't been punished for wrongs done. If that's the case I could see it being Celine- as she thinks Rick's hurt Jason.

If that rumor's correct my guess it wouldn't be someone like Freddie, he only has the motive to kill Rick. I can't see him caring about punishing other people for wrongs done.
