I don't know - didn't they say he was critical earlier anyway? If a diagnosis has been made when the Patient was alive they don't automatically do a post mortem.
But, there was violence involved here and he was a relatively young, fit man so you'd think the Police would insist on one for evidence and i'm fairly sure the Defence can also request one but they'd need reason to suspect some other cause of death than the injuries sustained in the attack. I'd i was accused i'd want to be sure that there was no pre existing, undiagnosed condition or negligence in the Hospital treatment.
Not watched the past couple of episodes but planning to tomorrow with my hangover lol.

Any other suspects? Freddie? Sandy? I hope they play this storyline out right, because it could be quite entertaining.”

Did anybody else notice the the way Dr S. looked at the thing in Rick's arm(sorry don't know the medical term), with the cover removed? Was that because it should have had the cover on, or because he realised that he had forgotten to replace it? The other thing, of course, is that it appears that the killer seems to be using a similar method to when Fruit Loops tried to kill off PMQ after the kidney operation.

The last few episodes have been very good indeed. I hope this trend continues.
I am balding expecting to get the new credits in Friday's E4 episode as the key events have happened now (ie Rick not appearing would have confirmed his departure, Lindsey not with Joe would have confirmed the reveal)
However;
With Zack (?) and Cleo to arrive soon(ish) will they leave them longer. They used to be so quick at updating them- it can't have been hard to take a few extra shots and insert them when the characters debut.

Really can't stand Nancy anymore. I never understood what darren saw in her. When they first got together she constantly belittled him has always thought she was better than him and everyone else for that matter then he cheated on her with sienna and she never let him forget so when they got back together and she did anything wrong and darren pulled her up on it sienna would be thrown back at him. Darren should be glad he's out of her life although im sure she'll still find a way to blame him for her screwing up.
Joe just would not get arrested for murder. Even if none of the witnesses stated what happened you don't plot to punch someone once and kill them especially in gangland Chester.

I noticed it as well. I think he was suspicious because the thing should have been covered but it wasn't, although, like you said, it could have been him realizing he forgot to cover it.

True, surely he could only possibly be arrested for manslaughter? And wouldn't there need to be an autopsy first anyway? If the tests done on Rick showed no lasting damage from the punch/fall then there must be some kind of suspicion of foul play or negligence. Or at least some medical anomaly that hadn't been foreseen.
