S'Avage would be obvious, but then maybe they think the comic persona is enough that viewers wouldn't suspect him - and he is Will's uncle, so I think that's a possibility. I agree Celine is the most likely candidate although that would mean losing another McQueen, but then Mercedes may be coming back so ...

I guess it's also possible that BK could pull something like he apparently did with the identity of Nico's father i.e. if it's decided that too many viewers have guessed it's Celine, they'll change it to be someone else

So with someone who has access to the patients it does appear that it is a medical professional however there are other characters in the show currently who have access to patients most notably Sienna. Nico is still in hospital don't forget. She also has a history with Rick.

My other thought is Sandy. I haven't seen the E4 show last night however was Gillian Taylforth in it? I remember when it was announced that she was leaving the show that she'd still be coming back frequently to check on her boys however that can't happen infinitely and this storyline could be the way that she is written out permanently. Again given everything that's happened with Rick with Robbie and especially Jason, there is a motive for her. Again with Jason likely to be in and out of hospital with his storyline she'd likely have access to patients and besides she's also a medical professional in the show herself.

Possibly if she's back soon and someone else dies there could be a link there or possibly a link between the victims will rule people out/make others suspects?

At first I agreed as Porshe is all out there, but what about CelIne? She's nice, kind, friendly, always there which is exactly what Im thinking Cleo is. So is there more than meets the eye for Celine?

I really like her character (her and Jason would be cute) but as much as I think it's cool that she's actually all sweat on the outside and a killer on the inside, it doesn't really fit her character.

Celine does seem to be nice friendly and kind, but what do we really know about her? Not much yet.

Although at this point it could all be a red herring. I assume the next victim will be someone with no connection whatsoever to the Roscoes. Celine may not be heavily involved with the next victim or their family the way she was in last night's episode.

They've set it up quite nicely to be anyone. S'Avage is creepy as hell, Kim has incentive to want Joe in prison and therefore off Rick and painting Celine as Jasons confidente and saying "sometimes it's better when parents leave" for me suggests she blames her Mum for her problems and is 'fixing' Jasons problem.

I guess the deaths will be people already with the possibility of dying otherwise they would be treating the deaths as suspicious. As Rick had already been badly hurt and in ICU I presume that they just think it is because of the punch fro Joe. An autopsy would still show otherwise. Did S'avage see the canular was open or was it made to look that way? So many questions!

No one's mentioned Tegan. She was there, and she thinks she's dying of cancer so maybe she thinks she's got nothing to lose by taking out some low lifes. Long shot but could be in the mix of suspects.

Sienna gave Theresa extra meds. Perhaps they'll link this to Sienna somehow when it's not her as a bit of comeuppance or something. Joes (second) get out of jail free card will come after the autopsy reveals the actual cause of death.

All the nurses will be put under scrutiny because of what happened to Theresa, I'm guessing Tegan will get the blame given her recent history and then they'll go left and the killer will be Nico or a random janitor.

I thought it was Theresa, someone will correct me if I'm wrong. They did make a big deal last night of Tegan being back for the first time after her suspension. I definitely noticed her in every patient scene.

She's also contemptuous of the police because they haven't caught Danny and Sam's killer, and she knows the police are useless anyway (seeing how Fraser evaded them so long.) She has enough going on that I don't think it would be her but we don't know ...
