Do you have a link to article would really love to see this as I've been unable to find anything by the BBC about returns other than Babs.

I'd love to see Binnie back, my most favourite lesbian ever in EE. A triangle between her Tina snd Sonia would be a drwam come true and whichever of them became a true couple they woyld be a very attractive one at that.

Trevor Short, Steve Elliott and Shirley, the Cat Lady for me.

In all seriousness though I'd like to see returns of Dr Legg, Colin Russell, Ali Osman and Terry and Irene Raymond (having reunited off screen)

which magazine? and was it DTC (or another producer) hinting at this or just random speculation by the magazine based on idle chatter on the internet?

I can't imagine that Terry and Irene would have ever got back together, but I do have fond memories of them. They were a great couple, and very realistic portrayals of middle-aged characters without falling into absurd, sensationalist storylines.

Nigel was also a brilliant character, and a very plausible friend of the Mitchells. A character like that wouldn't really evolve properly now; it'd feel staged, and you wouldn't buy Grant or Phil actually liking them.

I'd love Nigel to return, and bring his super hot daughter with him.

When you say 'EE', do you in fact mean this forum?

Sean Slater won't be back. Rob K is now a big US star, starring most recently in the upcoming Warcraft movie. Maybe he doesn't forget his roots and will come back for the episode, but he won't be back for good until his US work dies.

Perhaps he might be persuaded to come back for a handful of episodes, he was amazing as Sean.

I'm glad Rob has found success in the US, I admit I was a bit worried when he first announced his plan to go there.

He's starring alongside Sofia Vergara and Reese Witherspoon in Don't Mess With Texas which is out this May.

When will you people learn, these soap mags make up stuff that may or may not be true just to sell stuff, FACTS BE DAMNED.

He said in Digital Spy around his departure that he will come back for Rita's (Roxy) exit story. Hope DTC knows that. A Sean return would be cool to see.

Realistically , ones I can see possibly happening are Grant and Sam Mitchell, maybe Glenda. Charlie and Peggy have already been confirmed. Also the recent guest returns for Anthony Trueman and Ryan Malloy. Just hope they have time to honour Shenice's tenure on the show
