With her discussing Max and Lucy's "fling" the other night, to her screaming for him to get away from her in the New Year trailer. Does Emma think it's Max?

She lifts this piece of paper from her folder before grabbing the pictures of the houses. What picture is on it? Max kissing Lucy. It also makes sense why she legged it when Max came home saying, "Em, are you in there?", why she can call the 'killer' and why she didn't go to the police. I also recall reading on DS that Max destroys evidence next week and Carol finds out.

Max wouldn't kill Emma, provided he is the killer. There are pictures found here, that show Cameron collecting Emma's things. To me, it seems Emma left him; not died. Max grabs Cameron in the second photo, as if she had went back to him.

Is Emma actually going to meet the "killer"? It's either the wrong person, or they won't turn up.

I believe she thinks it is Max too and have done since the episode aired.

She might have worked out what happened in the car lot

if emma does meat the killer then it be annoying for next month and makes the live reveal stupid

Maybe Emma gets the wrong person? However if that's the case, I'm not sure how the 11 suspects will be revealed?

If it were Max then why would she need to call him? She lives with him.

I did think it was Max but I think its Jane or Peter

This, and if it was Max would she really say "I'm glad I could finally get hold of you." after just running out of the house where he was in.
