Did you watch the end of the episode OP? The baby was delivered healthy and strong.

I was saying this to myself during the episode when the crash happened. I'm so glad Ronnie has finally had a child! I just hope nothing happens to her or the baby.

The wrong result has happened IMO, I'd have killed all 3, (including baby) in the crash and would have made the murder of Lucy be the reason for the crash. (But kept it secrete till the live ep).

After she survived at the end, I just hope there isn't a double twist tomorrow and Ronnie does end up dying. This episode was unpredictable and I fear that might extend into tomorrow. That would be pure evil if it was written that way.
