Please can someone tell me what Emma said to Max after they'd got in the car to go to the hospital?

She said "--------------" and then she said, "You know ------"

I missed most of it because the dog was barking and we haven't got catch-up tv in Spain.

I thought she said something that sounded like Laura, but as there isn't a Laura in EE, I can only think that she said Lauren or Cora.

Can anyone help please?

Thanks

"I can't keep the secret" is what I think she said. Max asked what secret and she said "you know".

"It wasn't there" and then she said "you know." I think she's talking about the video of Lauren on Good Friday, she knows he deleted it, but I think this is just a misdirection to make us suspect Max. I believe he played a big role in what happened but didn't kill her.

Something like, "I wasn't there," or "It wasn't there", and then when he asked what she meant, she said: "You know".

She said it wasn't there.

I assume she means the folder she hid under the sink.

That's what I heard. I presumed she was talking about that file she'd hidden away.

"It wasn't there", meaning the Car Lot CCTV footage I presume.

So in that case the killer must be Lauren. As if it isn't her then Emma wouldn't care about the video as it would be pointless.

Emma was so funny in that last bit. When she was complaining about the water in her ears then realised it was blood, she was just like, "Oh. My mistake. It's fudging blood."

I think she could be referring to Jane's car, or the fact that Lucy wasn't killed wherever "it" was.

Not really, Lauren is obviously a massive red herring in that video! I still think the video may be important in indicating that Jane's car was missing at the time!

I think you're on to something there, the video is clearly important but it can't be for the obvious reason, or we wouldn't have seen it so much with over a month to go until the reveal. Lauren and Max are hiding something though, I think they could be the ones who moved the body, with Jane being the one who actually killed her. Or..... Or....

Cindy killed her, panicked, she ran off and found Jane (she also checked the restaurant for Ian), they then went back to the flats to find the body was gone, thinking Lucy was alive they relaxed, and Cindy left that voice mail. What actually happened was that Lauren found Lucy at the flats, panicked and called Max, who then moved the body so that Lauren wouldn't be suspected. Cindy doesn't believe she killed her because Lucy was found somewhere else but her and Jane can't say anything because it'll sound suspicious. No one feels guilty over killing Lucy, because no one thinks they did, Cindy thinks she must have been still alive, and Lauren knows she was already dead when she found her.

(Although none of that fits in with Summerhayes confronting them, does it? Unless she confronted Jane, thinking it was her, but Jane then told her about Cindy.)

I don't think so. I think Emma is more peeved [and curious] as to why Max, Lauren and Abi have becoming increasingly on edge with her of late if they have nothing to hide [we know the police don't know about Lucy's' car lot head injury and that Max and Abi cleaned it up - and I personally think another blow to Lucy that night compounded that head injury into a fatal one].

The Brannings are tied up in Lucy's death - indirectly / directly [the later is debatable if the Car Lot head injury was the root cause] - imho.

I think Peter and Lucy had one last row that night, and Jane was there [and is covering for him].

Whatever she said, has she sussed the murderer correctly? I mean she's really is a bit of an idiot in general isn't she? Who else gets run over like that and doesn't get into an ambulance a few yards away?!
