Hi all,

I have the samsung UE22H5600 TV with the smart hub and cannot fathom out how to change the country code as I want to install an app from NZ.
Researched goggle, unblock and all usual sites and followed tips for series d,e & f without success.
I believe this is a series 5 whatever that means from accessing the samsung uk site.

Any help would be appreciated

You'll probably find that you'd have to change the TV tuner country to New Zealand, which will then render the UK tuning unusable. You should also look in to whether the app is restricted by your ISP location. Getting around that then involves changing DNS settings in the router and possibly running to unblocking software. At this point you'll find that UK specific internet content will then not be available.

How important is it that you load this NZ app?

For the 2014 series of Samsung TV's the code is different to the one that you were using as that for the 2012 models.

You need to press the code in sequence within 3 seconds for it to work, and use the smart remote, the 2nd one you got with the TV as its easier to use. The Mute button is on the side of the remote

This NZ app that you are so desperate to get, may not work for you in the UK as it might be geo-blocked.
The only NZ app that Unblock-us support on the Samsung TV is Premierleague pass, so if its that one you will need to also use a VPN or DNS service like Unblock-us to use it.
