Eileen will be gone early, probably 2 or 3 weeks at the most

Tradition these days in EVERY BB to get rid of the elder housemates, despite them having potential. Exceptions being the likes of Pauline and Carole, who completely naused up their respective series
Pauline wasn't in for very long. It just seemed like forever

I'm just happy that after 16 series, the UK version FINALLY managed to turf a bloke out first

Granted it wasn't by public vote, and there in lies a concern that we didn't pay to get Simon out and he could conceivably come back as part of the ex housemates will come back mantra and he is technically an ex housemate at least for now

When I was in my kitchen earlier, a thought occured to me in that Ashleigh was promised to be immune one week last year and then they took it away with no explanation, same could happen with Simon in that they could plonk him back in there and use the theme as an excuse
Yes i noted that it was the first time ever a male left first in normal BB - BUT he wasn't voted out by the public, so the always a female voted out first by the public still stands..... for now. I hope he doesnt comeback, BB were very clear in stating it was a real eviction and no secret room, i wont be happy if it turns out to be a porkie !

Hello all

What is going on with the wigs/hair/extensions on loose women? With the exception of Jayne Moore, they all appear to have bits of poofy hair stuck on at the sides like teddy bear ears.
Did I miss a new fashion?
I never watch that show - every time I try I end up attempting to climb the walls with irritation. The poofy hair sounds as if it would complement the personalites of the Loose Women very well.
Sure is quiet out there with the show starting tomorrow

Remember in the dying days of Channel 4 when you couldn't move for so many busy threads and people setting up threads EVERY second
this was before the show rushed off downhill at top speed.
I am doing the sweep in the absence of SR, and I hope she pops back and takes over.

Once the show starts it is too late to go on! The number goes by the first person through the door.
Should there be twins, the first twin through the door is your housemate, and the other one comes as a bonus. Should the twins separate, your twin is the one first through the door and the other one is not yours. (and will belong to nobody)

I have added the names of every single person who has posted on this thread, but all are welcome, even if you have never posted before.
Please feel free to change the number, remove your name, or add yourself.
Everybody is welcome.

1.Honey. Moots. Oathy.

2 Islay. JohnnyDole.

3 Hicky. Elfy. Hunkydory.

4. Barra. Hyperstarsponge

5. Halla. Zadeth.

6. Eddy. Chicken Stu. Kate36.

7. Arte. Laughing Fairy. Snowy ghost.

8 Joni. Bunty Basset. TessG

9. Salv.Dix. Connor the judge.

10. JoJo. Minkski. Moody blue.

11. Richie. Scout2006.

12. Daddy66. Andagha.

13. Bella. Winsome. Gemo.

14. Vesna. Scots Rool. Will Bee.

15. Konya. Stormin Mike. poppynymph

16. Janet. The sleeper. Mrs Vimes.

Gemo, I know you are not usually in the sweep but I have included you just in case.
Thanks Honey *whispers very softly* Sr actually posted on here a few days ago....

Good afternoon folks,
Cool and very windy here after a glorious couple of weeks..
hello stranger!!

Thanks for the add Honey

Hicky, I had MIL and SIL staying last month
,

You must be feeling punch drunk Arte. I hope everyone had a good time?

Hi everybody,

Hope those of you looking forward to the launch enjoy it.

Thanks for popping me on the sweep .
Hey Elfy!
Thank you, Honey!!!!

Yes, I am still here. I am intrigued that there should be no traditional BB opening night....I think that was wonderful in the Olden Days. You really never knew who might be there and it was great to make immediate judgements ('hates' and 'loves' based on prejudice).......seems sad to me........but we shall see......
Nice to see you Bella! It sounds as if you will be watching?
Some good news for Barra

Big Brother Focus ‏@BigBroFocus 31s31 seconds ago

Nikki pretty much confirmed shes involved in this years series at some point and as a bb fan not to mention a BB7 FAN! I'm excited! #bbuk
I wonder if there was any significance to the reunion of the original BB housemates, held recently?

Yes. She was included. I used the list that you get by pressing the "views" on the thread title so nobody was left out.
I thought it was fairer than trying to remember posters and adding them, and inevitably forgetting and offending some.

I think it is unlikely that the BB1 housemates go back for a visit. More like Helen, Max ,Wolfy, Pauline and Carole.

I dont mind somebody being slung out first night. I dont mind if he is a hired actor or not, seen as nobody paid money to vote. I dont mind about the luxury budget girl.
However, the boy doing face to face nominations all the time, and Pie boy's three passes is messing with the nominations and makes the competition unfair.

Wonder if there is a time limit on those immunity passes, can't see them letting Mr Useless Advice float all the way to the final without using them in some way

I agree any messing with noms is simply wrong and should not happen - unfortunately BB do not seem to see it that way!

Did they clarify if he was able to use the passes to stop himself being nominated or to stop himself being evicted after the nomination?

Don't know either way, guess we will find out soon

From tellymix:

JACK chose the Timebomb which gave him IMMUNITY – he won three immunity passes which can be played at any time during his stay in the house

Not very clear I know but good as

I do normally opt out, but I didn’t want to mention it and muck up your work.

I hope your daughter is getting over the shock today. Is she in a chain? Or can her purchase go ahead?

Morning everyone.

Thanks Tess. I like Pie Face Jack too. He seems like an old style contestant.

Less lurking more posting please, Tess!

Is Joel the one who was giving funny looks and seemed to be on the verge of contradicting everyone on the live feed? It looks like he will be good.

Could it have been referred pain?

That is brilliant news, Arte. And every op will save dozens more I suppose?

I didnt realise the twins were one housemate until it was too late, so I have assigned them separately, and if they stay together and win, everyone wins.
Funny how he made a beeline for the correct podium and insisted on it.
Hi Honey.:+))))))))))))))))

All the brains told me my knee problem was referred pain from my Hip.
Not too sure how that works, but, my knee hasn't bothered me since the Op.
One day i was kneeling down and it was fine, No, I wasn't praying at the time.

The main thing is that the pain has gone. However it happened.

I was looking at Pie face Jack's twitter and I have gone off him a bit because he comes across as a bit of a hooligan.

So far I like Chloe, Jade, Harriet, Cristian and Nicholas. I wasn't keen on the twins much.

Who do you like?

I'm really pleased to hear that your knee is feeling so much better. The trouble with having a dodgy joint is that you don't walk correctly and that puts undue pressure on another bit of you. Two joints for the price of one, can't be bad

I'm very grateful the pains have all gone.

I like them all, haven't picked any out yet, too early for that.

Exactly, it's just amazing that that can happen, but the Doc and Surgeon said the problem was just my Hip.

Her purchase can go ahead if she sells or can get the money. Her husband doesn’t want to borrow from us (not out of pique but because he knows we would be taking a risk lending them the sum required) which is a bit of a relief but I will feel terrible if they lose the dream flat they find. Hopefully the sellers can delay the sale. It is currently occupied by and rented to the sellers’ daughter so a postponement should be possible.

your son in law sounds nice and sensible. Do bridging loans only work when the sale has gone through? It would be awful if they lost the flat. I know they have been hoping to move for a while, havent they?

They’ve been trying to sell the flat where the sale has fallen through for over five years. They rented it for a while. I think they’d rather accept a lost flat than end up in debt.

The coverage of all the housemates is seeming fairly balanced.

Pie face seems shifty.
