i didnt mind the twist although to many leaving leaves the house to unsettled for me. i like it when they have become comfortable in the surroundings and we get to see their real characters. Plus i had only just figured out who was who

Showbiz will give me headache its to forced a catchphrase and who says that word these days!

the new mobile monitors are supposed to be good, there are a few causes of variable readings but im sure you will have checked that (like putting to much blood on, not to press the blood down on the strip and to ensure finger is clean). The strip monitors would most likely give the same readings. Maybe get your practice nurse to check your technique especially if you are new to using it, maybe you are being over cautious? In our area they provide an xpert patient programme which is really good for information and to help you feel that you are not having to manage on your own, im sure its countrywide, although you may have already seen them. Hope it was helpful.

The sun keeps on hiding behind some clouds, should be a nice day though.

I've been making a framework out of bamboo canes for when the Raspberry canes get big, they need a sort of cage to contain them, last year they grew to 7 ft tall, they are pretty sturdy but strong wind will mess them up.

yes mine grew really tall to, they were in a large pot but the wind did torment them i had to tie them up.! the fruit was lovely so i am hoping they will do the same again this year as long as i keep the bugs off. Thanks for the advice re thinning them out

Are your raspberries summer or autumn fruiting?

Mine are Joan J, which is autumn, if i leave the growth that comes from the old cane it can give early fruit, the growth from the new canes growing from the ground is late fruiting, through till the frosts.
But if you leave too many growing from the old canes it must be taking goodness from the root system which is this years growth.
With Joan J you can get 2 fruitings a year, depending how you prune the canes.

Last night was just horrible and very, very cruel to replace the evicted hms instantly was very brutal and the fact we ended the night with the same number of hms as we started shows it was just about replacement not reduction! Don't think much of the newbies, the only good thing i can say about the whole farago was that SImon did deserve a second chance after what happened to him on the launch night, havng said that my patience is already starting to wear thin with him!

With regard to the evictions, unfairness side and just discussing who went or survived, i was happy to lose the twins and Sarah, not happy to lose Harriet (she's a talking point if nothing else) but the biggest surprise was Keiron going, should have been Danny, dunno what Keiron done to deserve that? That just leaves Chloe and i was very pleased when it came down to her v Sarah for the last one and she survived, like Keiron i can't think of anything she's done wrong. Talking about that eviction, wasn't happy they let the newbie reveal it, thats Emma's job! But then BB clearly will do anything to up the drama now - unfortunately.

Worst thing they could have said to the evictees last night and totally disrespectful, it was bubbling along nicely until they started to interfere

And today we find out those same evictees pictures have been removed from the house

Agree with you both, the whole thing was disrespectful to the HMs and the viewers too.

I know these people put themselves up for the experience and are told to expect anybloodything at all, but that doesn't make the disrespect acceptable for me.

I do try not to see BB now in the same light as the 'pure' BB of yesteryear, and most of the HMs are deluded wanabees, but treating them like shite isn't on, in my book.

My head was spinning. Especially with the twin complication.

I really felt sorry for Keiron, especially as he was so nice about it.

So they were not evicted. They were sacked!

Well Marc sure got himself noticed on his first night... and what a horrible specimen he is!

He certainly brought outs sides to Jade, Danny, Chloe and Jack that we hadn't seen before, so go Marc ! He appears to be some sort of hypnotising love guru because they all keep forgiving him and Jade was practically sticking her tail in his face and meowing

I haven't watched it yet but I didn't like the look of him last night - I can't remember what happened but the camera caught a look on his face which I didn't like.

I saw that. It lasted forty minutes.

Ive just caught up with last nights epi i thought it was particularly cruel what happened to Sarah, evicting her when they thought it was over. Jade reminded me of Cruella de Ville with how controlled and contrite her attitude was towards Marc. I know she knew him but i thought the conversation between them was very cutting. i think i must have led a sheltered life as i dont knwo anyone that hard and controlled.
