It's rising to about 28c in north London today. I've had a rough week with this heat (forgetting to drink sufficient water last Wednesday when it went over 35c) so I am going to spend the weekend doing as little as possible.

It is important to drink plenty of liquid.
When i was in Singapore they told us to drink 1 pint of liquid for ever 10 deg it was above freezing.
That was 32F and Singapore was 100F, so we needed to drink about 7 pints a day.
Which we did of course.
But in the UK you probably only need about 5 pints when it's hot.

No i dont buy those rumours! People paid real money to evict him !
