Evening all, it's been a funny old day for me. I had group therapy this morning which was pretty harrowing, I felt like I had been run over by a ten tonne truck when I was in the car driving home. Then hubby went off to a governors meeting at 2pm and didn't get back home till 8pm... I could have done with him being here.. But instead I just fell asleep...thrilling eh?

I'm really not sure I will be watching tonights BB all the way through.. I already feel like not putting it on but I am on Channel 5 at the moment and can't be mithered to turn channels...lol

How has everyone else been on this rather grey muggy day?

Therapy of any kind can be very stressful - group therapy by the nature of the beast is tiring due to the numbers involved, Andhaga, and can leave you feeling drained for a while. Don't worry about it - you may not see/feel any benefit in the short term either but it can be very effective.

I've had a good day in all, been lethargic for days but today I found a burst of energy and achieved quite a lot in the end. Weather not very inspiring though, muggy and warm without the bonus of the sun!

I'm only watching BB because it's so near to the end now I can't really stop! I understand why some HMs are pi$$ed off with BB, they've put them through the mill this series.

It really does get easier, so stick with it.

something strange is going on. I updated last week. I wonder if the problem lies with the fact that they were trying to add McAffee plus, which I already have twice on my poota. I pay for one, but the problem is I don't know which one. AAAAARGH

I'm glad I'm not alone.., I had a real struggle to get online again today. It's very strange - when I tried to update, MacCaffee wasn't happy but I went ahead anyway, and then Flash wanted to add McCaffee plus!
as you can see, I don't have a clue how to spell McCaffee

Macafee? Dunno if thats right but it'll do for me lol It annoys me that you can't update Flash without doing Macafee at the same time!

Last night's viewing really plumbed deeper than the depths
That dyed blond fellow with the obsession about b*m h*les. I think I have seen him on BBOTS which I suspect is where the rest of that rabble came from. Did he REALLY think he was being witty? Is this how he converses with his contemporaries? I'm surprised he is able to utter more than grunts, really.

Their easing my way back in, only working 10-2 this week ! Will be increasing each week for a couple of weeks before i am back at 9-5! Also allowed to pick and choose what i do at my own pace, they are very kind in that respect. I need it too, couldn't go right back at full speed after 2 mths off! It isnt as bad as i thought though, i am already getting back into the routine.

Joel actually has a very good chance of winning, wouldnt be in the least bit surprised if he did. He certainly would be a deserved winner!

I have gone off Joel after him harassing christian in much the same way as Aaron did to him. (bar the penis)

LOL - I don't think Joel was in quite the same league as Aaron, do you really?? He'd been cavorting around for hours mostly naked, and Joel had expressed his wish to be left alone. Joel and Cristian have known each other for 9 weeks and are very good friends - there is no threat from either to the other.

Looking back on the run now I wonder whether they were too hasty with Aaron - a warning could have solved the problem, rather than letting him hang himself.

I'm not too bothered who wins now to be honest, and wouldn't like to call it. Joel's mum did him no favours last night on BOTs, she's more of a wanabee than all the HMs put together, silly woman
