That wasn't the point though. His employer told him not to and gave him a formal warning to not to and he did it again and so his employer sacked him.
He was told not to under threat of dismissal and then he did it again. So he was dismissed.
Besides he was really offensive outside of that I mean jaw dropping so.

Yes. I expect What Cami-Li said offended many viewers too. I don't much care if they remove everyone who makes racist comments or if they leave them in no matter what they say and do, as long as it is the same for everyone.

Some comments were racist, some were sexist and he even managed a bit of Antisemitism. Do you really? I can't see Alicia getting the better of Katie - but she could certainly make Katie look bad, especially if she cries and can't find a banana to make her feel better.

It is accepted as a racist term.
As I said, it should be all racist words banned or none, and aggressiveness allowed for everyone or no-one.

Alicia only owned up to taking the bananas when someone (Michelle?) pointed out that they had seen her. Before that she stayed quiet.
I don't know why whoever saw her taking bananas didnt just ask her about it at the time, and why not everyone knew about the "food rules"
