when oh WHEN is my voice going to come back???? It vanished on Boxing Day and its' absence is really cramping my style.... I was trying to chat to a neighbour today, thinking that maybe my voice was finally improving and she said I sounded really awful. When other people lose their voices they sound sexy, all I can produce is whistles, wheezes and the occaional mournful low broken hooting noise.
All sympathy gratefully accepted.....



I suspect Katie may be picking on Perez too and others that we aren't being shown, but she is a bit too close to the bone with poor Alicia.

I reckon she was always signed to go in as a latecomer, she just didn't want to do the full stint when the show was extended.

Have you tried neat manuka honey? You have to get a 15+ one or higher. It doesn't sound right though that your voice isn't back yet. It doesn't just disappear without there being an underlying cause that is still there.

I don't really see the point of her at all. What are they expecting her to do?

There's not much KP can do or say now that we haven't seen/heard already - and I bet she's demanded shedloads of cash.

She seems nice enough but there are far stronger characters than her and I think she will just fade into the background.

She could get help in a heartbeat if she really is dyslexic and as the mother of 2 girls she needs to sort it. I still don't think she's very bright, many dyslexics absorb information from amny sources and process it well, but that isn't the point, she's being picked on for her perceived failings which is unkind.

Of course she's demanded a lot of cash so it will all revolve around her until she is out of there, she'll obviously be immune from the next round of noms but they will cook up something to make sure she stays until the end

Looking out there it's already starting to get a bit dodgy as she will divide opinion whether or not she has arguments

Well in some ways that makes it worse, if she knows that she has the condition she should get help with it.

It's not really connected to last night's episode specifically. If Alicia is indeed dyslexic, she needs to sort that out, get help with it so that she can make the most of every opportunity. I imagine her father was voicing the opinion of many (uninformed) people that dyslexia doesn't exist and she's just 'thick' or 'lazy'????

I don't know whether she can/does read but she apparently said on Love Island that she doesn't know the alphabet.

Ah I see, thanks. Not knowing the alphabet is very common in some types because the difficulty is in sequencing. It doesn't usually affect reading.

Yes i know, actually just done the maths - two should have left this week, but three will have so putting one in will infact level it up! Didn't realise that until now !

Just read some of the threads, and although I know Rich will be really disappointed with me, I don't actually mind KP in small doses.

As long as she doesn't join in with those slagging off Alicia, I think she may be good value

I googled the names together, Perez seems to like her.

That's my only worry that in an effort to get back at Katie she'll align with Perez.

I do like her but that alone might change my opinion totally.
I never did like Perez I don't like people who go out of their way to destroy others lives, I don't care if they are in the public eye, it's unnecessary.

I hope Alexander isn't evicted just to get on Perez's nerves. I expect the audience to make it quite clear to him that he's not loved in the slightest bit by the GBP, quite the opposite. While I don't have time for Katie Hopkins either I'd welcome a big cheer for her just to get at Perez. I'm not usually of this mindset but he's earned it. Fancy waking up the whole house. Can't believe any of them allowed him to sleep after that but they did sadly.

Edit: Just saw in another thread that Katie P and Perez have also had twitter spats or some such thing. Hope it's true although none offered any links to confirm.

Scrap what I said, have just seen other threads and apparently they have had big spats.

Wouldn't it be glorious if K and K put their differences aside and gave Perez a huge dose of reality. (reality tv of course) Unfortunately it would leave Alicia in the line of fire. Well they can all cry on their way to the bank after the show.
