Ooh, meant to ask if you got to see Nikki in panto at Hartford? It's only a few minutes away from the caravan.

Exactly JoJo.

Steph's phone call from her dad was weird, he kept saying how proud he was of her.!!!
I guess that explains some of why she's the way she is.

Maybe her behaviour is usually worse?

I thought it was very strange that Stephanie didnt ask about her boyfriend, and nor did her father mention it. I wonder why?

It was an odd call, but it must have been difficult for him - he knew that she needed support rather than a telling off, so he was a bit limited in what he could say I guess.

I'm not sure that Steph was taking it all in - he said he was proud of her right at the beginning and she kept asking later if he was proud, so I think it went over her head.

Yes I'm conflicted about Daniella for the same reasons, but she does ponder on what she's said - you can hear that she's had therapy in the way she phrases things sometimes and that will have taught her to go over what she says and does, and re-assess. I hope that she an Steph can have a conversation when they're both in a more stable environment.

I shall watch on a delay and FF GMcCharlatan, otherwise there's a danger I could seriously injure myself or the TV.

I wonder if the HMs were briefed before this task - as in 'don't ask about anyone who isn't actually on the phone'. I'd like to think that was for altruistic reasons but more likely to be that they can't use the footage to broadcast if others are being discussed in their absence.

The first thing I would have told Steph if she was mine would be to stay away from McCharletan. (ooh i got a cold shiver then, at the thought of her being mine)
It is possible that we only saw half the phone call though.

I havent noticed any malice in what Danniella says to Steph, apart from the knickers business.
I think she is just very irritated by someone who reminds her of unhappy times and wont listen to advice.

Yeah, you're both right about Steph, her dad couldn't exactly say 'No, stop flashin yer lady garden, stay away from that cow's melt Gemma and ignore EVERYTHING the Crapologist said to you'.

It will probably do her more good than harm for now knowing she has her family's continuing love. They can give her a good talking to in private.

Yes I think I'd have been tempted to say the same - and keep your poo to yourself regardless of what McC has to say!

Daniella obviously knows she has a sharp tongue - she said something about not thinking before speaking - but then many of us do at stressful times. I don't think it's malicious either, but born out of frustration.

True, I can be really caustic when riled but then spend ages crying regretting hurting someone.

I've amassed a binful of loose change, gonna take it to Asda in a mo to cash it in, I reckon there's at least 40 quids worth!!!.

eta: I'm being really caustic now at Rob in The Archers and he isn't even in it, but what he's done to Helen is horrifying.

Aargh he is now. RB!

OMG Joni don't get me started on Rob I think we're entitled to be as caustic as we like about him - and not to regret it afterwards

Took the train was only a 15min walk to the venue from the station, which was lucky ! Whole journey door to door took just over 3hs. Seems a nice place - i'd never heard of it before lol

Why was Gemma's phone call not from a family member? Anyone know?

Well, Tiff is safe so the couple are to be split up, interesting.

Exactly how I feel Joni, exactly that. We've put up with having our intelligence insulted for long enough, but this series is so blatant, hardly any effort made to be subtle. The inclusion of G McCharlatan has made me incandescent - on behalf of the HMs and the viewers!

She made no useful contribution of any kind, just spouted nonsense and made vulnerable people feel even worse, and as Honey said, it wasn't the slightest bit entertaining.

They're just showing off now”

16 is" very young"... No problems here, guessing who had the longest phone call....

I know not all phone calls were from family members, but I did wonder what about the boyfriend, in her case.

I think Emma is being very hard on Jeremy - I know she has to follow the script, but there is more she can ask him, other than the Steph stuff. I think he's a nice lad who met someone, and couldn't deny his feelings - but then I am an old romantic

What was all that with the phone booths at the end?

Was expecting Steph to go, strange Jeremy going.

They came out at 10pm we have just watched a recording, the licensing hours don't allow crowds after 10:30.

I was expecting Steph to go very surprised that Jeremy went instead! But what the hell was the point of all that business with the phone boxes? If they think Emma making a phone call like that is more dramatic then just speaking to the house, they really have no idea !

http://bigbrother.channel5.com/task-...ate-housemates

There is a survey up on the BB site for some task over the weekend, there are 25 questions about the remaining seven hms, who is the least trustworthy, funniest, biggest diva, most entertaiining etc Usual thing if you can be bothered!

No doubt the hms will be asked to guess who came top (or bottom) of each one and no doubt they will all take it in good houmur and no one will kick off or cry or scream or threaten to leave or start a pointless argument or fall out with someone for no reason.........

Good morning you lot.

A little wet here but not cold. In fact the sun has just come out which is lovely as I'm being taken out for lunch by my godson.

Have a good weekend everyone.

Good morning everyone.

Sorry about so many consecutive posts - multiquote seems to be bust.....

My memorable moment from last night:

Gemma: Are you calling for a male housemate?
Caller: No
Gemma: Are you calling for a female housemate?
Caller: Stunned silence

Something went wrong with the sound links. I guess they tried to edit out the more "this-isn't-working-moments" in the hour they had, but there wasn't enough footage to salvage the situation.

I don't think Emma was very well yesterday - she didn't appear on BOTS either.

I hope she is ok. There is probably an awful lot of standing around.
