More details I would assume when they actually go on air

I saw it on Twitter as Doc was promoting it on there and as most know, I love promoting these kind of shows so put a link in here and out there

At least it will be something to listen to now Doc is not on the airwaves anymore

I will still be doing a odd podcast here and there, going out tomorrow to buy some books about blogging and podcasting and will be working around this new show to avoid clashes

Good morning all

Toofy confirms TWO houses, which is what most of us knew already
That sounds quite good, provided the second house isn't just a secret room.....

Good morning everyone.

Lovely and sunny here. A little chilly this morning but, hopefully, it will warm up later.

Hello all

The polls are being uncaracteristically shy about their findings re voting intentions in the Referendum. I don't know why, experience has shown that whatever they say, we can assume that the opposite will prevail.

I was amazed to realise (from the session with David Cameron on Sky News) that a quartet of Cypriot, Spanish, Portuguese and Bulgarian judges actually have the power to tell us what VAT rate we can charge on some products. Er, why??

Did our forebears really fight and die in 2 World Wars to keep us free from European domination, simply for us to lie down and pay through the nose to be a vassal of Europe, and it would seem Mrs Merkel??

I am thinking that it will be like Scotland. There was a lot of noise about leaving but the votes said stay.

Hi Moots.:+)))))))))))))))))

To make a few points, myself i think we are mugs to have another 27 countries telling us what to do.
We fought great wars to be independent and not controlled by a few countries and we find ourselves not only controlled by the ones we fought but you can add a couple of dozen other countries into the equation.

They say stay in and fight from within the euro, that is impossible as we know, the other 27 countries aren't really interested in what we want are they.

Apart from the £350 million a week we pay to be in the club, forget the money we get back as they tell us how to spend it, they have got a grip on us that all those that fought in the wars and gave their lives would never agree to i,m sure.

They control out lives, in fact we can't really do anything because the EU has a clause that stops us.
they bring out a vast amount of new rules every week i we can do nothing about it.

Imagine what the country will be like in future years when they add more and more to the EU group,

Of course all those who work for the EU want us to stay, they are getting massive pay awards and wages, and not one of the ones that control us have been elected.

The whole country is controlled, the borders, migration, food, vat and we have no say in anything.

If only each side would tell us the truth about how many EU regulations there are, i bet it is a staggering figure, the stay in lot just don't like change and are trying to scare everyone by making up figure, they don't really have any facts, it's all guess work.

The EU has a President no-one wants, he was elected by error, no-one even likes him or thinks he is fit for the job.

It's a massive joke, it's getting so big it can only crash like all companies that get too big.
They are dealing with probably £9,800,000,000 a week, so you tell me thats going to be looked after, no way on earth, no wonder they all get very well paid, i wonder what the wage bill is.

I totally agree with you Hicky! (wow!)

also they have taken over our fishing industry.

Honey, I think he means that we do Elect Euro MPs, but most of the edicts are undemocratically thought up by the unelected bureaucrats, presumably to justify their expensive existence.

did anyone watch Gogglebox tonight? Like most of the goggleboxers I also wondered where Susan Boyle (AND Jonathan Antoine) were for that bit at the end, celebrating 10 years of great acts.

and why have Katherine Jenkins singing Rule Britannia?? I BET Susan or Jonathan or even Charlotte would at least have been able to get the words of the last line right. The song as composed ends
"Britons never never never WILL be slaves" and NOT "shall be slaves"...

Oh I see. And "taken over" must be the polite term for effed it up?

I think Pudsey could have done it better! But for the sake of clear diction I am willing to go along with "Shall be slaves" Either way, the song is topical.

I know Susan Boyle hasnt been well, and Jonathan and Charlotte is Jonathan and nobody now, but where was last years winner? The cheating dog trainer?

Hi there Hicky.

I enjoyed reading your comments about the UK/EU referendum My postal vote has just arrived. I started out as a typical 'don't know'. I still haven't finally made up my mind but Cameron's ridiculous 'Campaign Fear' has pushed me a long way towards voting for a brexit. The way I'm beginning to see it is that by liberating ourselves and reclaiming our sovereignty we can, once again, join the rest of the world.

Not to mention save billions of pounds a year on EU membership fees, take back control of our borders, and impose our own laws rather than some of the bizarre, economy-crushing EU regulations imposed upon us by Brussels bureaucrats.

Morning all. Just saw an advert on Channel 5 for BB17 for the first time. Doesn't appear to be a clear theme this series which is a bit of a rarity although we wait and see...

Hi Eddy, All the leaders of every country know the EU now is really a failure, more so because they can't change it, it's similar to NATO, when one country can veto a suggestion, but to suggest that we can change the EU better from within in the biggest joke, there is no way on earth that another 27 countries would vote to give us something they haven't got.

I really think we should start all over again, the EU was given a chance and really it is bleeding us dry.
We can't even change the vat on something because the EU won't allow it.

I would love to know what the EU does with the €12,544,000,000 a week it gets from all 28 countries when they have all had their massive wages.

I wonder if any of the £350,000,000 a week we pay would help the NHS, and if we weren't in the EU we could help out the Iron industry, at the moment we can't because it's not allowed.

Not to mention save billions of pounds a year on EU membership fees, take back control of our borders, and impose our own laws rather than some of the bizarre, economy-crushing EU regulations imposed upon us by Brussels bureaucrats.

Hi Chief, i'm with you, strange how so many of the government don't want us to control our own country but want the stooges in Belgium to make the decisions, don't quite understand that, unless they are voting remain so they don't have to make any decisions.

At least if the country made it's own mistakes we would know who to blame, if Brussels make a bad decision we can't do a darn thing, although the remain campaign think we can, they are living in a dream world.
