Evening all
Many thanks for the good wishes for my sister's recovery. From what my niece said, I gather it was a fractured neck of femur, rather than than a few bits of bone broken off that needed a couple of screws (according to my nephew...). It was pinned this afternoon and apparently it went well.
I m a nervous wreck!

Crikey ! I got a proper shock when I saw this phot and thought it was sweet Roderigo who thought he met the queen.

Funny that the mail thinks its Chloe's hair that is her trademark.

I was strongly reminded of 2 oversized ostrich eggs in a hammock. Is that Rodrigo with her in the photo? What has he DONE to himself???

Why are the supermarkets told to scrap all those tons of food which is perfectly fit to eat, it must be if all these millions of charities can feel thousands of people, something doesn't make sense.
Also i can have food in the fridge which is a week or more out of date, such as some potato's etc and they are perfect,
Also, loads of foods don't really need dates on them in the first place, these rules are scrapping thousands of tons of perfectly good food.
And to make it worse, the supermarkets restock the shelves before they are empty so everyone picks through the items to find the best date which means even more good food is scrapped because the stuff that should have been sold has been relegated and won't be sold so that gets taken off the shelf for landfill, it's crazy.
No wonder the supermarkets are sruggling, they are losing more in waste than they are selling.
And dates on tinned food, what a stupid idea, a tin of most food will last for 50 years unless the tin has been damaged, why would you put a date on a tin, they have proved that the food from a tin tastes just as good whenever it's opened.
And the marking on items that say keep in a fridge, most don't need to be, the words that say when opened use within 24 hours, that has been proved over and over that it''s rubbish, it doesn't change after a week of being opened, but people aren't allowed these days to use their common sense they have to follow crazy rules.”
You are so right Hicky!

Wow, that was kind of her Barra!
