.....

i am glad she is on bots. i make an effort to watch it when Nikki is on. why was she in Australia?

....
She was invited by Tim from BB13AU who she met on the Canadian BB. He lives at Bondi Beach and took her to Byron Bay where he is originally from on a road trip. She was also able to caught up with Nasty Nick who now lives in Bondi.

I see that next Friday there will be 2 new housemates ...
Interesting, might be some late arriving Americans who didn't want to leave home before celebrating New Year. I heard that was a problem getting some of them to fly in early.

It could be a lot worse.

Good morning everyone.

Just 3c here and not forecast to get much warmer today, but there's plenty of gorgeous winter sunshine which is welcome.

One more day to go

I am watchingt one bit funny Miranda doing stand up. its probably me, but its not funny.
I know what you mean, Honey. I fear she may have peaked, or maybe suffered from over exposure.

Hi Moots.:+))))))))))))))))))

Haven't had rain during the day for a while, it mainly rains at night.

Don't really watch Miranda, she seems a bit more silly than funny.

I wish I could be as enthusiastic as you are,Lewis. Mind you, i always enjoy it when it starts.

Does he? He is another one I would be happy to see over and over.

Speidi can jolly well stay on the plane!

On the other hand, I saw Dawn French's theatre "thing" after it on BBC4, and it was magnificent. Not always funny, sad too in places, but riveting throughout.

The reason it only rains at night is because i have a new completely waterproof parka to go walking in , and my friend bought a new waterproof jacket and matching overtrousers after we were caught in a downpour that lasted hours a few weeks ago.
It has been completely dry ever since!!!

Hi Honey.:+))))))))))))))

I knew there was a reason, but the weather is crafy, it will get you when least expecting it.

Anyway, CBB tonight, so stay in and enjoy.

Happy launch day everyone.

Yep, I've seen the lineup. All I'll say that in the past, the worse the lineup the better the series, so you know, silver linings and all

True, but I've seen all three lineups, and each of them don't really get me excited, but like I said, I didn't know Tiffany last year and she is my fave housemate from C5 so...

Good morning. I hope you all had a wonderful festive season.

I don’t find Miranda funny either, or Sarah Millican… or Mrs Brown. In fact there’s not many female comedians that make me laugh.

I do laugh at Scot Squad – the characters in it remind me of people I know.

I have no idea who will be in CBB and that’s how I like it.

I try not to know as it spoils the excitement for me..

Happy launch day everyone.

Hi Salv.:+)))))))))))))

We will find out tonight, not sure why anyone would want to know a fictitious list.

Thanks, had a great Christmas and New Year,

Not to keen on those comediennes, Mrs Brown not counted of course.

I agree about CBB, don't want to know who is going in ahead of time.

I am toying with the idea of going out without an umbrella, and I'm sure it will decide to rain..

I've seen several. At least with half the housemates being returnees, we will know who they are, IF we remember them that is...

Strange, I found the first 2 funny to start with, but not now. I can still raise a laugh for Mrs B, but I don't go out of my way to watch it these days.

Also NOT finding David Walliams funny any more. He was cringe making at the Royal Variety Performance, and I always thought it was so cruel on BGT for him to put forward hopeless acts, just for a laugh.

Yep. It‘s more a case of going off rather than never liking with me, too. Same with David Williams. Trying to think who I do like… I usually laugh with people on QI like Ross Noble or Phil Jupitus.

Hi Moots, Not a good idea to out without an umbrella, why would you?

I don't find David Walliams funny either, and on any show he is a total embarrassment to to the program.
He is a complete fool

I liked Millican and Miranda at first, but i think they have overdone the simpering girly twirly everyone loves me act.
I like Mrs Brown, but not the jumping shark asides to camera.

Another one i've gone off. Michael McIntyre too.

Far from a fool, and his children's books are lovely, but too much of his act is based around him and Simon being or not being gay and its tedious.

Evening all, well so here we go again!

Best thing about launch night is it means an end to all those X/Y/Z are going in/No they are not threads! I have never understood why some people are so desperate to know who is going in ahead of time. I would love to switch on knowing absolutely nothing about the hms, the house, the show, anything at all! But these days people have no patience and do not appreciate the art of surprise.

Anyway expect to see loads of worse launch night ever/i'm not watching threads and of course the fixed for x to win and fixed for x to lose threads!

Surprises are good, but disappointments are not, and some of us need to brace ourselves.

I meant the way he acts, can't stand seeing him in shows,

I havent even opened my main present at all, yet.
Let me guess, it's either a wetsuit for going to parties in the rain, or an unbreakable umbrella.

I wouldn't know. I havent opened it yet!

But i can assure you there is no such thing as an unbreakable umbrella.
