Evening all - I was intending to pop in to wish everyone a Happy New Year but didn't get around to it until tonight - I almost forgot about CBB!! At one time that would have been unthinkable.

Hope everyone is OK haven't read back yet.

Honey I don't blame you, that bloody Maclean woman is ridiculous - after all the fuss she made last time about BB ruining her life. She must be desperate again, low on cash and wants to talk about her rejuvenated marriage

Great excitement - new smilies, wow, I didn't post on DS over Christmas, could've used some of those.

Thats a pretty rough trick to play on a person they don't know, i can see what type of show it's going to be all ready, we just need a torture chamber in the back and to force feed the weakest, that should bring the voters in.
But there must be a funny side to this, i just missed it when i got a cup of coffee.

What happened? Typical that i sat waiting for something to happen and then it did once i'd given up.

Happy New Year, JoJo
I am hoping the Mclean creature is evicted very soon. Did Honey G wangle herself in? it seems to be all the people I find unbearable.
I am amazed to find that James Flipping Jordan is my favourite, even though i cant stand him!

Hi Hicky - I don't like it when they mess with them on the first night either. There will be pay back of course - I've never heard of Stacey either but she's bound to want revenge.

Thanks Honey and the same to you and your family Honey G is on Rylan's panel tonight - at least I think that's what they said???

I think Callum is my favourite at the moment, as long as he behaves in a gentlemanly manner, although living with his mum won't be easy!

Meant to say, Nicola M probably won't last long this time, she's a one trick pony and will cause too much drama. Even with her gob she won't cope with Speidi - mind you I might not be able to either, I loathe them both with a passion.

Good morning you lot.

So cold out there, only 7c at present, However, it's dry and sunny so I won't complain too much.

Good Morning Everyone.:+)))))))))))))

8c here and sun expected, hardly any wind.

Thought the task/twist was dreadful, to ostracise 1 from those 6 because they didn't know her was very unfair, to select anyone was a bad move, no idea what the real directors were thinking of but it's a good way to stop people entering the show when they are humiliated in this way.

Similar here, could be worse, a lot worse.

I think it's going to be a very lively 3 weeks by the looks of it, the 6 all stars will make sure of that.

Oh dear, tried to watch my recording of BBBots but after a few minutes of watching that self promoting clown Rylan i had to delete it
Talk about Memememe, how can anyone stand him for 20 seconds, it was almost 5 minutes in and we hadn't seen the guests or the HM's.

It's such a waste of an hours show when we coule be watching the house live instead of a has been acting the fool.

And he seemed to be complaining they didn't let him back in, thank heavens they didn't as it would have been harder to delete him.

Hello all

I normally take no notice of the line up but this morning i saw a headline that said
Spoiler
had cancelled and i was thrilled!

I liked Millican and Miranda at first, but i think they have overdone the simpering girly twirly everyone loves me act.
I like Mrs Brown, but not the jumping shark asides to camera.

Another one i've gone off. Michael McIntyre too.

Far from a fool, and his children's books are lovely, but too much of his act is based around him and Simon being or not being gay and its tedious.
agreed, but I am much more off Jack Whitehall. In fact I was never on him, or that smug Jimmy Carr.
I havent even opened my main present at all, yet.
Ooooh exciting!!

I don't know about pretty rough I thought it was despicably cruel. I bet the real producers TOLD the "producers" who to edit out. WHYY didn't they pick that daughter-of-tricerotops/alien invader female with the spikes sticking out of her head, and the overdone makeup and the tarty dress?? Sorry if this sounds trollish, but I just don't want to look at her. The sight of those spikes give me a headache...

At least Callum is easy on the eye, and not hiding behind several inches of make up and overdone panda eyes like most of the females. Do men actually LIKE this sort of thing??

The girls are now trying to out-Barbie Barbie, and Katie Price has even gone off script by being so over-oranged so that she appears sort of muddy olive green on my screen.

Aw Hicky, I like Rylan..... sorry. I gave up shortly after I caught sight of Katie Price!

My hope for this line up on CBB is that it’s so bad it’s good.

Hi Gemo - yes I think that's a good way to look at it for the moment.

Poor Hicky - you've never been able to cope with Rylan have you?! I still like him although I wonder if he is starting to be a bit too OTT - reserving judgement for the moment. You can always record his show and FF through him, occasionally there is something of interest although I seem to remember that last series most shows were a bit of a nothing.

Very cold here tonight

Hi JoJo.:+))))))))))))))

He is way ott, he does nothing but promote himself, and thats not what he is paid for.
He's not really interested in what any audience say or what any guest has to say, it's all scripted for a start, and when they give them 10 seconds to comment on someone is just a joke, but thats so they give all the HM's equal air time.

But who is interested in what the guests have to say or the audience, it's just their opinion so means nothing really.

To me it is just a waste of an hour that could be watching the house, which would be a lot more interesting than listening to peoples opinions. we can make our own opinions why is anyone interested in anyone elses.

You have been saying for years that they will put off proper stars from doing CBB and end up with nobody and it looks like it has happened.

I cant bear either of them. especially Jimmy Carr. (doughboy face)

The one on the main forum. Last time Iooked, Barra had sorted it out in the nick of time. *proud smiley*

Spikes? Who?

I think a lot of them dont look at the face.

Not the most exciting opener tonight was it? Early days i know but already getting annoyed by the cartoon framed editing and the DR is seriously mindbending thanks to that backdrop - makes it look way bigger then it is and once you've focused on the chair you realise how awful that is!

Never mind plenty of time to improve or at least try too!

I thought it was dreadful, and i couldn't concentrate on it.
while i was desperately looking for the TV flicker i could have sworn I heard that nasty shrew Nicola say that she kept the children away from her philandering husband because it wasnt her fault so why should she share?
Charming!

Has anyone had trouble posting on DS today? Not everytime but at least one in three i'd say, it just crashes and when i tab back i lose what i posted and have to start again, so i now C&P every post before i risk hitting the big button?
