I agree - I would always rather a 'nice' person won, but these days there are so few 'nice' people! I'm not sure I consider KP to be 'nice' and I worry about the role model image some of these people have thrust upon them.

Very interesting content - is it on every night whilel the show is running?”

Not every night, just 3 times a week, even 4 if a special guest can be arranged

People are invited to call in, which I have done a few times and it's great fun

Hello all

I feel a strange sense of freedom these days!

Is there going to be a follow up programme, does anyone know? There usually is, or maybe that is just for the so-called "civilian" housemates

They haven't done a 'what the housemates did next' or 'the winners story' programme for years

And god only knows what this year's wrap party was like, as bad tempered as inside the house I would imagine

Anyways think it's best now to consign this series to the history books, the Price monster won and nothing can be done about that

Yes it was probably one of the more talked about shows, just wish it had been for more right reasons than wrong ones

I think BB7 was the last time they did a what the hms did next and they have never done one for CBB as far as i recall. That is something C5 should look into imo !

They did one for BB8. I was holding a lunch party for local friends and BB asked if they could come along and film it and ask some questions of my guests. I did watch it and can remember it as being funny because they asked the chums about what they thought about me in the show and, of course, none of them had watched it. And they asked my 'best' friend what she liked about me and she said, 'her clothes', which made me laugh.

Thats probably what she would think, Pricey did nothing to win the show, i agree with her, a fix, probably not, it was just Pricey that had tons of Fans and Hatie didn't, thats the difference.

On most reality shows its the ones with the fans that win, can't be any other way as long as the decision is controlled bu public phone votes.”

My thoughts, too. I don’t know what she does to gain fans but she does it well. I get the impression that she gives people with no great talent and not gifted academically hope… and from what I’ve read she seems to be very nice to her fans when she meets them.

My theory is that she has deep-seated insecurities and that her attacks are a form of defense. Her comments about the nurse who contracted ebola where totally uncalled for and nasty and they just demonstrated how shallow she really is.

I have read one or two other people referring to comments she made about the Ebola nurse but they didnt specify what she actually said, i am completely in the dark, would be interested if you could enlighten me as to what she actually said

I’ll see if I can find it but it was a grumble about a Scot costing loads of money to be taken to an English hospital.

Edit: Found: article about the tweets.

She had a good go at venom today on loose women but they fired questions at her and wouldnt let her answer. What is the point of that show?

I must have fallen asleep or missed most of the after shows. I can only remember a couple of winners stories. Kate Lawler having a cup of tea with Johnny and Cameron's money not being paid on time.
Yes. Definitely asleep.

Why do cafes shut in the early afternoon? Do people stop being hungry or thirsty or sick of traipsing around shops at half past one precisely?

And why does the British heart foundation have a loyalty card ( you get a free item eventually) for their shops? I thought it was bad enough that they give a cut of the money to a firm that hires zero contract workers to pressurise vulnerable passers by in shopping centres to donate by direct debit.
Have they completely lost the plot?

I don’t know – I tried watching it but failed.

We failed to get lunch yesterday after touring round the Borders and finding one place overpriced but serving too large portions; too busy to sit down; closed; and finally closed but they would do us a tray bake and a drink.

The pictures I took.

…*and seeing the pictures there was also another too busy to sit down.

I sneaked a peek at The Star today, as the headline was something about Katy P's win having been written into her contract. I don't BELIEVE it!! Also, apparently (according to The Star) Hatie K is still banging on in her column still showing what a very bad loser she is.
I read all that furtively but with interest until I realised I was holding the last copy of the paper, and someone who actually wanted to buy it was standing next to me

I'm just in the middle of watching the BAFTAs, fast forwarding Stephen Fry and most of the other speeches.
I see the sadly sagging side boob look is a thing of the past (thank God) only to be replaced by the anatomically impossible deeply slashed at the front neckline.... How do they DO it?? I have heard there is something called t*t tape, which must be very uncomfortable and bad for the health..

The photos are magnificent, Gemo. It looks like you walked a fair bit to get them. I would have needed an oxygen mask along with the coffee

If it was fixed nobody told Katy because she looked genuinely surprised.

I believe a wardrobe malfunction is considered a happy bonus.

Not for political reasons, but because there should be facilities for all areas. It cant do the patients much good to be moved, and we all know that accidents with hygiene happen all the time. If one town is infected why spread it to two?

I found it very enlightening and Ian from the sweaty box sounded much better when given the chance to spit out more than a few words at the end of the show!

Me too - they really have scraped the bottom of the barrel now and you have to wonder, where do they go from here????

I have no idea why she felt it necessary to comment at all, let alone in the way that she did.

She seems to take an ordinary thought or question and takes it to the most extreme scenario for effect. Also she seems to think that everyone should be like her and only her own view is valid.
Give her her due, she has well and truly out-bricked Samantha!

Didn’t have to walk very far at all honey, just far enough to get the view. Mr G complained because he didn’t think i could walk far because I was sockless and in my Birkies but I was able to do what I had to and could have gone further. He was very surprised at how warm my feet were when I got back in the car.

I dont know how it is possible to inject magic into a scenic photo but you manage it every time.
I am constantly amazed.
