Morning all - we've had some lovely days this week and today is set to be warmish but not boiling, so perfect for April really.

They're all well Honey thank you - we're expecting another in July, a little girl this time to re-dress the balance!

I'm not sure whether I've posted but my daughter who is living in Singlepore is returning to the UK for good, in May, so we're very excited about that If they weren't re-locating I'd be facing another trip to Singlepore which as you know, I dreaded last year! I'd go of course, if they were still living there, but I'm not sorry that I'll only to have to travel a couple of hundred miles down south, instead!

Did you finish your evening classes - are you now a certified psychotherapist

Been in the garden all day, just put a little bamboo trellis up for my Kiwi Berry Plant.

Waiting for 1.5 tonne of Horse Manure for my Raised Beds, need a tonne of Topsoil as well.

I am glad they are all doing well. The bullying thing is very offputting. Of course I am sorry for everyone victimised, but it is depressing viewing and nothing to do with the show.

Not yet. I am doing the slow (thorough) version of the course so i have got another two years of study and practicing first.

I am really excited for you about the new grandaughter. It is a happy time for all of you.

It's not ripe Honey, about 1 tonne i think, tipped at the side of the O/H's car, have taken 2 barrow's full into the back for the raised beds.
Hope it doesn't smell when O/H gets in her car at 04.30 in the morning for work.

Cloudy here at the Mo, not expecting rain for the next 6 days according to forecast, not that they will be correct.

Forecast says 6 hours of sun, from 12 noon.

I've got a tonne of manure to barrow into the back garden raised beds, not yet though, might be going out for brekkie.

It's looking a lot more promising now with lovely sunshine breaking through.

No Moots, my daughter is returning from Singlepore, she has one son who is almost 1 year old - one of my sons has a son who is almost 18 months old and he is expecting a daughter in July. Badly expressed, sounds as though the toddler is expecting a daughter which of course is nonsense!! They keep asking him if he would like a sister and he says 'no' which is quite a standard answer - I doubt he knows what a sister is anyway

I went to a fabulous 21st birthday do last night and my daughter was doing my make up in the garden. We could hear the small children next door playing on the trampoline together. It never ends well and yesterday was no exception. The mother came out and yelled at them and said she was going in to get their pyjamas ready.
As soon as the mother had gone in the four year old girl said " Oh sod it, Im having a pina colada!

I have an anniversary twisted willow tree that CL has been "about to" plant for THREE YEARS!

I managed to barrow 1.5 tonne of horse manure into my 5 raised beds, sun was late showing.


I get on well with my neighbours, i bet they love horses.

I left my grape vines behind at the old place, got to start again.
I would expect the buds to be breaking about now, but it may depend on the type of vine,
Don't write them off yet, they could be a late variety.
