Morning everyone.
Hello all

This is so true, and now a whole lot of vet specialists have sprung up who are even more expensive and ordinary vets seem to be reluctant to do the surgery that they used to do.
Blossom's paw was healing well, but last night she pulled every trick in the book to get me to take off the collar of shame when we were all trying to get to sleep. I had to capitulate when she kept sneaking up to within one inch of my face and staring fixedly at me . . I kept thinking she was about to kiss my face, arrrrrrrghyyuk, which is something I do not allow..This was after pawing at my arm and sitting on me, sighing, and scratching at the collar didn't work.
So is Blossom back to square one with her foot?
They deffo know how to spell the word "vet" by now!
Pippin has finally been discharged. We could have had a fabulous holiday in the Caribbean with the money it cost. In fact, we could buy a flipping Caribbean island! (please note i am pronouncing it Karra-bee-ann like it should be, not ker-ribyan like the wallys on the news)

Mr G plugged in an air freshener after one of the cats had been a bit ripe and I was wheezing as a result.

Came back from the polling station via Lidl and picked up three packs of these.

Glad we've finally got to election day, i was gonna to say it will all be over tomorrow, but it will probably be a hung parliament and take days of haggling for someone to form a government, look forward to days of news of that - NOT!

Just been catching up out there and i am not happy at the latest news - the hms will be revealed (on the website) on Sunday two days before launch, if C5 think this new idea is good they dont know anything about BB at all, what made BB different from all other reality shows is that you didnt know the hms until launch night, now they have taken away one of the main reasons for watching the launch, terrible idea and oh yes there is a twist on launch night
Spoiler

If you have got a bottle of the clear dettol (dettox really) it seems to neutralise a lot of allergens when you spray it all over. It doesnt harm carpets. or hounds.

Maybe the housemates will be camouflaged and we can at least have fun trying to spot them if the show is a washout.

Did you see in the paper the other day that another chihuahua was savaged to death by seagulls? I am v very uneasy letting ours out now, even though "our" Elvira is as gentle as can be and seems to keep all the others away (she wants to be the only seagull in the village )

It is Very "yang" with all the sharp pointy things, isnt it? It seems like it was built to aggravate them all.

You cant go wrong for that price! I especially like the spotty one.

They are saying George Galloway has lost his seat.

What would make them do this? I cant think of a single advantage.

Nope. My cats don’t wear clothes.
Nor do mine. I am very glad. It is difficult enough getting them to keep still and submit to grooming, let alone trying to put vests on them.

Morning everyone.

The quote thing is bringing up miles of previous quotes for me. It took ages to wipe them off the screen. No idea how that happens?

Are you pleased with the result, Hicky? I was beyond caring, myself. I see all the fuss about Farage was for nothing, and what has happened to the Greens? It looks like they havent done much either. Shame. Their leader appeared to be offering people anything they asked for, and I was hoping for a pony.

Good Morning Honey.:+))))))))))))))))

I find it strange that we have dozens of polls all the way through the boring election trail and they always get it wrong, it must cost millions for all these polls to happen, when will they realise that they don't work, when you ask someone who they will vote for they just lie or say what they want to hear.

All this rubbish about how close it was for weeks when it wasn't close at all.
Just wish they would stop all the polls as i think it can control the public voting, but it's a complete guess.

I didn't want Labour to get in as Ed was just saying Conservative policies, the same as Nick Clegg, they know that if they really said the truth they wouldn't get 1 seat in Parliament.

I know who i would trust with my savings, if i had any.

It seems that the public didn't want Ed and the SNP to run the country, thank heavens for that.

Nick and Ed are now finished, and Ed Ball has been kicked out.

The Green’s lost load of votes from people I know (photographers and musicians) because of their proposed reduction of copyright to just 14 years.

I think it wasnt so much conservative winning as Milliband being a no hoper from the start. I give him till two o clock today!

It was a completely bonkers policy and I cant imagine what on earth they were thinking?

Well i did NOT expect that !! But am so glad we havent got a Lab controlled by SNP governmnent, that was always the worse case scenario for me. I never saw Ed as real PM material and i think that factor is probably what cost lab. So Lab, LD and Ukip are all looking for a new leader today, a brutal night for those parties to say the least !

Hi Honey.:+))))))))))))))))

The public didn't trust Ed, tbh don't think his own party wanted him to lead, they knew he was a loser from the start, but thats the penalty of being controlled by the unions.

Indeed, but now they have put the unsavory Harriet Harman in charge and made it ten times worse!

They should never have had her in the party in the first place.

What a ridiculous set up. Milliband who did the dirty on his own brother, Balls who messed up the economy, and Harman who was apparently a member of the Paedophile information network! ( by some sort of accident, it seems)
And they wonder why they lost? I think they should fire the whole lot and start again and hopefully bring the party back to its original principals.

Certalnly the people at the top of the labour party recently have been very poor choices and as much to blame for their defeat as anything imo One can only hope that the next lot are better! But with the block votes of the unions its not likely!
