Pork, sage &onion and chestnut stuffing
I know I can freeze normal pork sage & onion stuffing, but I went a bit over the top today and made batches of it with chopped chestnuts. I hate for all my hard work to go to waste. Does anyone know if the chestnuts will, once frozen, still maintain their (chopped) integrity?

Is your alternative to throw it out?

I'm certainly not going to bin it. It's now frozen and I shall report back when I cook it
