I wondered this. What exactly could the police do? Isn't Aisleyne better off trying to sue Sallie? What would happen with regards to Aisleyne originally threatening Sallie and posting a real naked pic of her?

I doubt much will happen to be honest, but the legalities of it all do interest me.

I don't now tbh. It's a minefield with or without police involvement but surely posting a real naked picture is very different to making a picture up of someone having sex in an orgy type situation. I feel like there is more reason for police involvement in the latter, not that it means they can or want to actually do anything.

Didn't Ash talk about her solicitor etc So maybe she is considering civil action as well.

Has Aisleyne's 'legal team' contacted D Spy? The other thread about this seems to have vanished.

I would have thought it would be les Denis who was in the position to sue any ...if that was going to go down that route he really is the innocent in this?
