wanting a 6 to 7 inch phone for a budget of £200

Hi I currently have the Samsung galaxy mega 6.3 that has become sluggish and dated, can anyone suggest to me a suitable replacement for £200?

Lumia 1320 is in that price bracket. Windows Phone though.

Don't know if you'd be interested in the Chinese route but these are under £200 and have a 7" screen though no LTE if thats a factor in it, apparently do have DC-HSDPA though, also these, If not then the lumia in the last post dose look pretty nice and WP8.1 is catching up nicely with the rest and is nice to use

The Z Ultra is flying out at this price, I was considering it too as it will be getting Android Lollipop soon.

Very thin and one of the best screens you'll see on a phone. It's pretty big though and the camera isn't up to much (no flash).
