ITV Player iPad mirroring - sound, but no picture

Their iOS FAQs say that the ITV player does allow to work on iPad 2 and above.

I have a brand new iPad but it doesn't work. It plays to sound, but no picture. Any idea why this?

4OD, BBC iPlayer and Netflix all mirror fine.

Have you tried actually Mirroring rather than just AirPlay?
Touch AirPlay, scroll up and turn Mirroring on.

Ah good point. No I have not. It's been so long since I've used Mirroring and/or Airplay but seeing as ITV Player removed themselves from the Playstation Network, the only way I can access it is through my iPad...or laptop but I prefer to fiddle around with a tablet than a big ol' laptop. I'll give it a go tonight. Thanks for the tip!
