I thought both Callum and Cami looked absolutely hideous tonight. It was very offputting.

On women they're just trashy, unless it's small and hidden. Covered like Cami or Sallie Axl just means they're easy to bang.

I really don't see any correlation between a woman that has tattoos and looking like a 'bloke with tits' as per the OP. I mean, seriously?

Genuinely a little shocked that in 2015 that people might think men with tattoos are fine and women look slutty, masculine or anything else derogatory. Good to see we've come on as an equal and fair society eh?

For the record, am not a massive fan of tattoos on anyone (although some are definitely better than others) but she would be pretty damn hot with or without. She definitely has plenty of sex appeal I would say and can totally get why Calum or any other bloke would fancy her. .

The least attractive thing about her is that she's been near that Plug faced buffoon from TOWIE. I mean, just eugh.

I just don't get it. I think she looks absolutely filthy.

I wonder if it's an attention seeking thing. I've noticed people covered in tattoos endlessly want to talk about their tattoos as if it's something to be proud off.

I genuinely think that's the whole point - to send out a signal that they're a highly sexed, adventurous and freak between the sheets type of gal.

They reek of self-importance to me.....but, then so does so much in today's world.

Well, if there's a definition then look no further than Bonnie Rotten...

Seriously though I don't mind them on guys or girls. I find some girls look all sorts of sexy with them. Although I find the plastering of them on either male or female to be excessive an ultimately unflattering.

They can work if subtle and in the right places but the full arm thing just looks a bit desperate on a woman (and a man as well tbf).”

Yes I think they can be tolerable, but they look the worst to me when they're all over a woman's arms, extending down to the back of their hands.

I know this sounds narrowminded but I think so many make a person look dirty, like they need a good wash.

I love tattoos. I think they can look very beautiful on both men and women. I have a fair few myself and would definitely get more. To each his own and all that. I wouldn't say someone looked hideous without them so being told I/anyone looked bad with them really isn't fair.

I'm a gay guy and I find them disgusting. People are free to do what theu want with their own bodies. But all research shows the vast majority of people find people with tattoos much less attractive.

I actually quite like the tattoo's that Cami has got. I also liked Amy Winehouse's tattoo's. They seem to have more point to them than the odd tattoo here and there that some women have.

The tattoo's which I find hideous are people who have their kids names, or "mum", "dad" etc........what is the point! Chavtastic!

Yep- i agree
Tats are body art and should be personal to yourself. I don't have one myself as yet, but I will one day!!!!!

I have a scar on my hip that bothers me, more because it's a permanent reminder of a bad time in my life than because it's ugly, anyway I have toyed with the idea of getting a tattoo to cover/disguise it.

Is it even possible to tattoo properly over a surgical scar?

I dont see the point of tattoos. The people who get them seem to be inadequate in some way.

Yes. People who have self harmed sometimes use tattoos to cover the scars.

That's good to know, I wasn't sure if the ink would 'take' properly with the skin texture being different.

Need to give it more thought before I take the plunge, or not.

Laser removal places will be onto a fortune in a few years.

Each to their own but it comes off as trashy for both sexes IMO.

Hmm. Tattoos.

I like them when applied artfully and tastefully. That might be a single tattoo or a full sleeve of tattoos.

When applied on the body in apparent random placing as if someone has been inked for a joke whilst asleep, they can look a bit grubby and naff.

It's a fine line between tasteful and tacky when it comes to tattoos, and too many get it wrong - in my personal opinion of course.
