Collins is a thick - as demonstrated in the jungle during her pathetic 2 minutes before quitting stint - delusional fool who should grow up. She could learn from Katie's comment, take a look at herself and do something about it. She's said she isn't happy about her weight repeatedly - well stop blabbing and get on with it!

Gemma makes quite a substantial living out of her "flaw" ty very much lol! She has a clothing business designed purely for the obese market, she has been in newspapers with god knows how many diet/exercise false starts and has now got front pages inches on the back of Katies comment .....laughing all the way to the fat bank I'd say, just like she did after IACGMOOH!

I think people should wear what they want if they don't look good so be it . They must feel comfortable or they wouldn't wear them each to their own my motto.
I don't like Gemma Collins and I don't think she dresses to flatter. Those tight bodycon dresses are so unflattering BUT no one deserves to be called out as fat on national tv or anywhere else. I'm sure Gemma is well aware of her weight issues and has her own personal battle with that. Anyone who is overweight will tell you that being called names, derided because of your weight and so called "well meaning" teasing has the opposite effect most of the time of making you lose weight. More often than not the person comfort eats more. It is not simply a case of eat less, excersise more because we all know that works and if it were that easy there would be no fat people. It is the emotional/ phsycological side that makes it difficult. It's very true that some people eat to live and some live to eat. Katie Hopkins appears to be the eat to live type and also normally seems to have a fast metabolism so her programme about putting on and losing weight has no relevance to the majority of "fat people" she talks about. If she normally put on weight easily and found it hard to lose she might understand what she was talking about. Some people can run very fast and become athletes and some can't. Her view is akin to telling someone to run and keep up with Moh Farrah and then calling them lazy because they can't.
My problem with Katie Hopkins is that she is boring. Pointing at someone who is fat and saying, 'You are fat' is neither intelligent nor interesting. What did she get her degree in....Stating the Bleeding Obvious......?

This seems to be the modern thought process, yes.
It's very sad though. It's not just the unkind people who are actively pouring scorn upon others that are the problem, but the average Joe who agrees that the victim actually deserves it.

More justification of unpleasant behaviour.Can you not see that KH did not have to name anyone in particular to get her point across, but she chose to anyway. Can you not see how that would not be pleasant for the recipient?

In this case I'm afraid she does! If you earn your living from reality tv as a fat lass with no brains, a "style" all of their own, who is totally self obsessed and lacking in any sort of empathy for others and who is already suffering for her lack self control......(diabetes is one of the health consequences of obesity isn't it?) then you can't complain when someone calls you for what you make a living out of portraying.

Yeah but if you say "Oh someone with a BMI over 25 or anyone over 16 stone is fat", its often difficult for people to visualise..........say Gemma Collins and everyone realises instantly what obesity looks like.
