I think the consolidated rating for episodes 2 and 3 of Broadchurch will show if interest is waning or timeshift is increasing.
If timeshift increases it shows interest is waning as for some Broadchurch is no longer a 'must see' and they have other things to do at the time such as wash their hair? |

Is there any reason why you don't just cut and paste the Ds soap figures you use as they are reported instead of spinning them. Would it have killed you to post the EE repeat?

Last nights 9pm slot:
BBC1: Silent Witness- 6.11M BBC2: The Eichmann Show- 1.20M ITV: Paul O Grady's Animal Orphans- 2.85M CH4: 24 Hours in Police Custody- 2.44M CH5: Celebrity Big Brother- 2.96M The NTAs will damage the competition tonight, especially CBB I'd say as it usually does, they share a bit crossover audience, and CBB is nominated for an award too. |

Ridiculous number for the filler cats programme on C5, which was basically just a compilation of YouTube clips and scored one of Five's highest weeknight 8pm figures in months.
They are on a bit of a roll although that didn't stop Suspects dipping below 700,000. |

Probably...but BBC2 has had some good success with such programmes where people have let their puppies & pussies be shown on TV.

Below 6m for the clash is very poor considering it was the trial of Charity/ return of Rachel
Decent repeat figures for both.. Nobody knew about the return of Rachel or the sentence Charity would get.

Count Arthur Strong's ratings have been remarkably consistent. I wonder if this will encourage BBC1 to move series 3 to a primetime slot, say Fridays at 8.30.

I reckon the NTAs will be low. I won't be watching. It will just be another X factor fest like last year.

As for last night. Emmerdale did well to fight off EE to win the battle. Emmerdale is on top form this week so far.
