I think with TV Burp it's that it was Harry's own thing. It was a unique format with him at the helm, and the jokes were references to the shows that featured that week.
With SITE they've put him into an already established format and tried to add the humour element which doesn't work. Not only because Harry's brand of humour is more niche that usual comedy (which isn't necessarily a bad thing) but because the jokes have no real reference to what is going on in the show that night.
I still don't get the Adele/Baby skit
