Got a feeling CBB is going to do very well tonight and possibly get a huge catch up audience

Good opportunity this for The Voice. Can it capitalise?”

I wouldn't bank on it. Everything I'm reading suggests SITE is "so good it's bad" territory, a classic ratings winner.

It's also trending above The Voice - for all that that won't mean much it does point towards the shows being a bit closer than the 8m v 4m predictions some were putting forward, at least in the head-to-head period.

Previous SITE viewers will be alienated by this, previous TV Burp viewers will also be alienated. Great stuff.

But pitching it against a young skewing programme is not going to work. They would have been better off airing this on Sunday nights against BBC One's older skewing schedule where a younger audience would have been more receptive to a bit of stupidity.

They just need Get Your Act Together to be awful and ITV's first full week of 2015 will just be a continuation of 2014 (bar Broadchurch).

It's not so much jumping the shark as pole-vaulting it.

It's already been reported on DS that the BBC News channel peaked at 1.18 million on Friday. I wonder what the ratings were for TF1 and France 2, they must have gone through the roof.

Needless to say it is utter toilet. TV Burp shoehorned into stars in their eyes was always going to be an awkward fit.

TV bosses should only take notice of ratings and internal reports, not social media. If the BBC listened to social media Mrs Brown's Boys would have been off the air after episode 1.

I do think Stars In Their Eyes and Now You See It are poor, if they get an audience though then they've done their job.

For me the best bit of TV Burp was its central offer of taking the p out of clips from other shows. When they started going down the "wacky" character route I bored more and more and it lost its edge for most people (admittedly I don't know how the ratings did - did they go down by a little or a lot, or did Harry manage to get out in time?)

I also notice Ann Widdecombe will be on Get Yoir Act Together, so that's certainly one to avoid.

The Voice didn't actually skew that young last year (nowhere near as young as X Factor) although that might change with Rita Ora in for Kylie.

Stars might have been better on Sunday but it is a Saturday show pretty much through and through.

I can't see Get Your Act Together provoking much of a reaction either way. It doesn't look bad or bonkers enough to get a big online reaction but I can't see it doing particularly well either. It looks reasonable enough but won't be the next big thing. Looks like a 4m show.

What did people think Now You See It was going to be? It was clearly billed and trailed as a magic clip show with blunders and oddities. That's exactly what it was. I don't get why it is considered terrible.

Now You See It is one of those programs you might watch after the pub at midnight but what it is doing on a Saturday night I just dont know.

Not necessarily. If this flops, after viewers didn't give Professor Branestawm a chance and also went nowhere near his feature film, it rather suggests to me that the 'Harry Hill' character is wearing thin on the public and so he'd be better off disappearing for a bit.

Ah now I understand it.

They're destroying his reputation.

Tonight will see a first - Take Me Out is going to be more classy than the programme preceding it.

"Bungle" on The Voice.

You just cant make it up.

I would have thought all those years dressed up in that costume would have left anyone deranged-but he seemed ok

The Coaches and Crowd on form tonight. Everyone seems to be enjoying themselves on The Voice UK .

Stars in Their Eyes ended 7 minutes early, so watch out for quite a big difference between the full slot and tapechecked numbers. No idea why they scheduled it to run until 8.05pm. Expect The Voice to get a boost around now.
