I am in shock that 221 posters think that Jeremy should have got off with a warning.

What on earth is that all about?

Well so far anyway. We'll see what she has to say tonight.”

Is it dignified to not get involved or is it a canny decision so that you can come across as dignified? Poor Nadia has made herself a villain on here for getting involved but someone had to and Katie H mouth all mighty, never afraid to call a spade a spade, is suddenly no where to be seen Hmm

Maybe that is because as women we can relate to the incident more than a male can. If that had happened to me, I would have called him a dirty sod, pushed his hand away and left the room. I would not have turned into a drama queen and made a drunken pass into a full blown sexual assault.

....Chloe is not usually shy about someone seeing her breasts, and as for the poster who said the man was 13 years her senior...well she normally poses semi nude for men a lot older who look at her pictures.

Why? A warning, not he did nothing wrong or Chloe is actually to blame. I am not saying I agree that only a warning is sufficient but I don't find it abhorrent that people do.

Its easy to say that sitting behind a computdr screen if you were in a bathroom and a stranger tried to undress you I'm sure you would have got quiet a fright as well.

Wait a minute, Nadia is no villain. She dealt with the situation perfectly. She really is the mummy of the house. She tried to stop - with great difficulty - Cami from turning it into a full house drama and she was there to comfort Chloe. I suppose what I'm saying is that my perception - maybe incorrectly - of KH is that she would have been lecturing Chloe on how she was overreacting to the whole situation but she didn't grt involved. As I said, we shall see.

He shouldn't of done it. It was inappropriate and influenced by drink which he shouldn't have had.

However I think the defence from some people is less saying Chloe is in the wrong as I don't for a second think she is. But more that he seems to be getting treated and referred to as if he committed a much more serious offence.

I'm not saying this wasn't serious but from what I can gather he mis read the signals, did something as a joke or just was being playful and it crossed the line. There was no evil intent behind it and no overtly aggressive behaviour.

Like I said this doesn't mean what he did was right as it was and still is wrong. However I think some people are defending him as he is being commented on and treated by some people (not everyone) as some sort of abuser

Well firstly I would not have put myself in that position, and secondly yes I may have but I would have realised how drunk he was, accepted his apology and let it go.

Why are you bringing up her job again? Her choice to get naked has nothing to do with it ffs.

Due to being felt up my a male friend when I was young, I can't just push away unwanted hands and leave it at that. I get genuinely upset and uncomfortable. The last time it happened, I had to go home. I couldn't have fun afterwards. Just because you could easily dismiss it, doesn't mean we all could.

I'm glad you think that but you must have noticed the hate she has got on here for getting involved and that is the point I'm making IE it could be a savvy move to not get involved and not get yourself potentially bad press for it. If so it would certainly be ironic and telling for Katie H.

However, you're right we don't know. She might have been tucked up in bed in her own room by then

What position? She was making sure somebody who was being sick was ok. It wasn't as if she dangled her nipples on his nose. Bloody hell.

I would hope if I was in a house with 13 others at least 1 person would come see me if I was in that state.

The sort who enjoys men pulling away her clothing without her permission? Can you please tell me how that excuse would stand up in a court of law? "She seems the sort"...

It's right up there with 'she was asking for it'

With all due respect, maybe as a woman instead of judging her reaction think about why she reacted like that. I personally got molested and if that ever happened to me I would flip because of bringing back memories.

Also your comments about it being any different because she is a model are disgusting. Do you think all those men and women who model for life drawing deserve to be touched up and have their bits revealed against their own will just because they allow people to picture and draw them? That's bloody ridiculous.

"She was wearing a skirt that went above her knees. What did she expect?". That's something I've sadly heard too many times before.

What you would have done is irrelevant to this situation and how someone else may react.

It is also a total irrelevance what she does for a living. You have no idea how shy or not she is about exposing her breasts and this goes for anyone, including those who perhaps have posed topless in the past. A person's job is not of course indicative of how comfortable they are re having other people expose their boobs and it's pretty facile to suggest the 2 must be inextricably linked.

It's a dangerous and naive thing to suggest that a women's profession should make her more receptive in their life to to sexual assault, sexual inappropriateness or anything else.

Honestly the ignorance in this thread and on this forum is staggering.

I'm more amazed at someone who doesn't watch "this load of rubbish" would actively visit a forum about it and - not only that - go to the bother of posting on a thread about it.

Would I have reacted in the same way as Chloe did? Probably not although my reaction would have been to smack him one and then we both would have been kicked out. However I do think Chloe's reaction to it is justified and what might be considered within reasonable limits of the way someone might react.

Perez in the other hand is a complete arse.”

I said exactly the same thing in another forum so I agree with this 100%
