You do know this is an online discussion forum, right?

Jeremy should not have done what he did. Okay , he was drunk , but his reasoning afterwards was beyond belief. Just like Daley's.
The opinions of some towards the females on this forum sicken me.

Thank goodness Viacom had the intelligence to boot him.”

Their probably upset as they can't vote for Jeremy due to his popularity on Baywatch. Very Tory like attitude to have.

Drunk man alone in loo with an attractive female... he didn't grope her, he didn't pin her to a wall and force himself on her. He made a stupid drunken mistake.”

Well said. I'm so tired tonight to get into the conversation as I'm unwell, but you have said exactly my thoughts

So according to the quote in your previous post, he didn't sexually assault her like. Thanks for explaining.

This goes back to eve tempting Adam In the garden of Eden. Men are in control of their own actions at all times. If they choose to drink so much that they no longer have control then they have chosen that course for themselves. Chloe could have been completely naked. He still had no right to touch her and should still have been able to control himself. Chloe did nothing to warrant such attention from him. She neither asked for it nor gave him permission to do it. Are men generally so weak of character that women not only have to take responsibility for what they themselves do but also should take responsibility for what men might do in the face of a female body not fully clothed?

So why did you ask if it would be suddenly ok for her to walk around half naked by choice?

She didn't do anything. She was wearing a robe near a tipsy guy. So what? If she had on a dress that could be removed with a tug and nothing underneath, would that make it partly her fault? Surely the dress would be thinner?

Shouldn't have been in the house anyway, this is irrelevant.

It makes me sad the grown adults look to blame the victim and say 'is that all he done?'

Maybe we should have waited until he really did force himself on her, that would have been far more entertaining eh

ffs

Of course he did, he exposed her breasts by touching her clothing about her person, that's sexual assault. If you just pulled up a womans top on the street that would be sexual assault to, there's no difference.

Context! Had he known she was naked underneath, that just might pass the "sexual assault" test but he says he didn't know. I also don't believe that being drunk is an excuse for bad behaviour.

It's still sexual assault no matter what is beneath the robe, he shouldn't of touched her without her permission. Being curious to see what is under a woman's robe is not an adequate excuse it's still sexual assault.

People like me take each example on its own merit, not generalizing. You should do that sometimes, its a GOOD thing.
