Do you have any other USB things that need charging (tablets, other phones etc), as I can recommend this multi USB charger:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Desktop-Char...ywords=Poweriq

If not I would go for something that looks genuine like this Samsung charger:

Any micro usb charger, or any charger with a usb port will work. I tend to buy the blackberry travel chargers with the Orange tip for about 3 quid which charge quickly

I'd second the Blackberry charger for £3.65 on Amazon, nice and fast charger and won't explode unlike some crap chargers can do

Please don't get some cheap and nasty no name charger!

What about a white USB Charger to go with my cable plus I need a good case

There's 100's of flip cases to choose from, look on Amazon or ebay, just remember there's two sizes available, you'll need a first generation Moto G case as the Moto G 4g is the same size as the original 3G Moto G

The Motorola made flip case is nice but some report that the magentic catch causes the compass to misbehave.... there are other cheaper cases around.

As for white chargers, well that Samsung one linked above probably one of the better ones if you must have white... personally I'd save £4 and get the black Blackberry one.

Bought a Moto 4 G4 last Friday.

Got this charger and this case. Have also ordered this micro SD card for some extra storage.

The wallet style look better but may be a faff to hold (folding the door back) while answer the phone or using the camera?

The flip down (second link) are ok but the top flap can dangle down when using the phone. I got a version like this where there's no flap in the way when it's open... but I paid £3 on ebay and wouldn't think it's worth £8 as it currently is.

In the end I got fed up with the extra bulk of the flip case and now use it in an 'S Line' gel case and take my chances with dropping it. Ideally I wanted to buy the Motorola flip case that is listed above by JurassicMark but when I got my Moto G (original 3g version a year ago) I couldn't quite face paying £18 which was the going rate back then... but it is the best looking and slimmest flip case as it replaces the back cover unlike most other cases that you insert the phone into.

One problem is that even if you buy the same item from the same seller you get different versions, I've had several S Line cases and they're all different, some good, some bad.

So which one would you recomend

Well, I now just use the S Line gel case, if I were to buy a flip case I'd buy the Motorola made case but it's the most expensive but it's the sleekest, but as it replaces the back cover it doesn't really offer much protection if dropped and lands on the back or corners whereas the other flip cases do offer protection front and rear if dropped. Hope that makes sense?

Really depends what your budget is and what you want, slim flip case to mainly protect the glass screen or a flip case to protect front and rear.

Will the Wallet case protect both back, front and screen, but the one I showed you has a screen protector.

I'm probably not in the best position to make recommendations, as I've only had 2 days experience with my case.

The wallet style case you listed was on my short list, but didn't really need to store credit cards and thought they may scuff the screen if I did. The most important function for me was to protect the screen from getting scratches and marks from other objects while carrying it in my pocket. The flip cover case I opted for is also available in other colours, which are all priced differently, currently from £10.49 (for white) to £18.99 (for red).

If you're concerned with the magnet causing problems with the compass functionality, then this may be worth a look. It uses a sucker (instead of a magnet) to keep lid closed and looks quite smart.

Yes, the phone sits inside the wallet so has front and back protection, whether you'd also need to bother with a screen protector I don't know... I hate those protectors as they make the nice touchscreen nasty and plasticy.

I have managed to scratch my Moto G screen slightly as it's been in a pocket with keys on numerous occasions. Screen protectors make it harder to see in daylight especially as they get used and get scratched more and more with use,

Good point about cards scratching the screen and more the point, holding a phone against your ear with the back cover exposed showing your credit cards is pure madness!

got the motorola flip case in black here for motog 4g I've had since summer, yes it does make compass apps misbehave depending on how wide you open it but other than that there are no minuses in everyday use & nothing to block camera

Using a flip when using the internet and Email may be tricky so might go for a wallet style without card holders.

De Ja Vu

One of the best cases as long as the magenetic catch isn't a problem for your compass apps. read the reviews for more info.
