I think seeing no issue with knowingly sleeping with a married person, to use just one example, is a lot more telling about a person and their levels of decency than their name. But, of course, to each their own.
And no, you don't know anything of the sort from a name. You assume. There's a difference.

That is not what freedom of speech is about. It is about being able to say what you want without threat. However it is often used to threaten and upset people and that goes against freedom of speech as you are using it as a weapon and not as a right to express an opinion. The boundaries for this are very wide open to avoid censorship but you cannot simply say whatever you wish 'because it is your opinion'.
How would you feel if I seduced your partner Matt? (You are pretty safe by the way from that ever happening!). How would Katie feel if her husband was seduced and taken from her, especially given as she clearly loves him?
She is a media persona. She is already showing in the house she is not quite the same as she likes to portray herself. Although she is certainly playing a game.

I get your point but in the real world Katie Hopkins taking the piss is possibly going to lead to kids through no fault of their own being bullied in school because of their name. Maybe that's a minor issue, maybe it's a major issue to that child, I don't know, but there is an effect and a consequence of her free speech and sometimes it's the least tough that have to deal with the blowback. Not to say that she can't say it but it would have been good to see those very 'hackish' tactics used against her. But preferably by someone who wasn't a complete mess like Perez.

I agree. He must be absolute hell to live with but when I think back to this series of big brother, Pere is bound to be one of the people I remember most.
