Depending on how they coded it you might need to sign out and then sign back in to clear your user cookies. That should be a last resort though.

If you can get to your cookies, look for one by DigitalSpy called DSg remove it, and everything reverts back to normal !
(I can tell you how to do it in Firefox, but not other browsers!).
